Lovely quiet park in a very picturesque part of the country. Good little shop and cafe. Excellent cake!
No heating in the bedroom. Probably not important in the summer but at other times the bedroom might feel cold.

Peaceful, great location

Beautiful location, with nearby dog walks. Had an amazing pub meal ( food and people), at the recommended Cross Keys in about 15-20mins away.
For supplies if you arrive when the on site shop is shut, ( open 10-2 when we were there), the nearest locations were a short drive away 15 -30 mins away . Our own fault for not realising, would have stopped off to get milk etc.

Nothing. For price it's well worth every penny

The place is amazing. In the middle of nowhere, which is just as we like it. The caravan park is clean and has a brilliant play area for kids, which we didn't know about and was a nice bonus. The whole area is quiet and beautiful, a nice break from the madness of day to day life.
Not necessarily something I didn't like, just a heads up for people going there for the first time. The place is really in the middle of nowhere compared to most places. While there is a shop there, for most provisions you'll have to drive about half an hour, so make sure you have your basic necessities with you, especially fuel for your car, we nearly run dry thinking that there must be a petrol station every 10 minutes or so.
But, as I said at the beginning, this is nothing against the caravan park, just a heads up.
Nothing to complain about the place.

The view was outstanding and so, so peaceful.
The caravan was very clean and spacious.
Chris and Karen were there to greet us and hand keys over. The staff in the café were very friendly and gave good directions.
Not used to a spring mattress.
Didn't enjoy some of the roads, but it was worth it for the views.

It was in a beautiful location, very clean and had all essentials
Outside decking had large gaps so our small dogs were able to get out so we had to keep them in the caravan.
No plug for kitchen sink

The park was in a good location for relaxing and getting back into nature. It was very pet friendly and had lots of amenities onsite. The manager, Karen, was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. There was plenty of walks, cycles and hikes nearby. Truly a great experience and we will be returning.

Excellent location for completing the central section of the Southern Uplands Way. Fabulous countryside. Very comfortable and spacious caravan with everything you need. Nice cafe at the park. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pub, the Cross Keys at Ettrickbridge, but you need a car.

It was situated in a very secluded and peaceful area which was good, as I enjoy the scenery and windy roads to and from the caravan.
Very friendly staff who were very helpful in anything that I needed.
The Bee Hive cafe breakfast was delicious and very polite staff with a friendly atmosphere.
Only staying for 2 nights. I would have liked to stay longer.
