The house is very lovely and has all the amenities to enjoy a great time with your family or friends.

The area is very quiet and it’s only a 30-minute bus ride to get to the center of Edinburgh. The bus stop is right in front of the house, which makes it even more convenient.

The heating was not working properly.

Location was perfect for us, there were plenty of local shops, and bigger shopping areas 10mins away in Loanhead The house was clean, well equipped for our needs, and comfortable. Towels & Bedding were ample and clean - 3 couples and two children and not a worry from any of us.

This is minimal - but the seat on the toilet was fairly loose (I couldn't get behind to tighten it). There is ample parking on the service road but (if finances allow) I'd suggest removing the front hedge and creating a space for a vehicle on the front and a back garden tidy for next summer

Absolutely awful

We had a terrible experience, however there were a few good things. The beds were comfortable, the house is a good size for families, and the bus stop is right in front of the house.

Oh where to begin... first I gave the property manager plenty of time to address these issues before I left a review and received NO RESPONSE. Communication during our stay was awful and we felt like we were begging them to help us and were simply ignored or receiving short useless answers. So I have listed our main issues: A) A cot was requested ahead of arrival however it was not ready when we got to the house. I called the manager and no information was provided about this over the phone apart from the suggestion of us searching everywhere for it, including to 'break the lock' on the upstairs cupboard (which I refused to do). We were able to find the very dusty cot eventually but had to improvise a mattress as there was none by using towels, a slim pillow and bedding. This is also an issue for unsafe sleeping for a baby so you can imagine how little I slept keeping an eye on my baby. B) Excessive dust everywhere, especially windows and blinds. There were also no cleaning products or wipes available so we could clean it ourselves. C) No highchair, despite this being advertised on booking. I enquired multiple times about the highchair and received no response. This also meant that meal times were very difficult and added stress to our holiday - I would have brought my own highchair if I knew there wasn't one available. D) Despite advertised as having full accessibility the entrance has some very difficult steps that made it difficult to go up and down with a pram, so I can only imagine the difficulty someone in a wheelchair would have. E) the iron had an Indian plug (???) and no adaptor - we live in the UK so had no expectation to need a plug adaptor. We had to buy an iron to use because of this. F) The entrance to the property was very untidy with the front hedge invading the gate passage and the bins were overflowing with rubbish everywhere.

Die Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle.

Das beschriebene WLAN war nicht vorhanden. Der Duschschlauch war beschädigt, so dass nur mit großem Aufwand und Umständen geduscht werden konnte. Enttäuschend war, dass sich die Besitzer trotz mehrerer Mails und Anrufe nicht gemeldet haben. Unter diesen Umständen ist die Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen.

La casa muy cómoda, luminosa, súper cómodas las camas.

Faltaban toallas , sillas ,vasos y cubiertos para la cantidad de personas que alquilamos. Podrían tener en cuenta al momento de la entrada para completar , así sería exelente la valoración.

Un séjour agréable en raison de la propreté du lieu et un accès au centre ville pratique

C est une maison mitoyenne avec jardin et le ménage avait été bien fait. Le prix est tout à fait raisonnable et l 'arrêt du bus 31 pour aller au centre ville en 30 minutes est en face de la maison. L endroit est calme, les lits sont confortables.

Malgré mes nombreux mails au propriétaire pour m assurer que ma petite fille aurait bien des draps, couverture, oreiller et serviettes de toilettes pour dormir sur le canapé, nous n avons rien trouvé à 20H30 et j 'ai dû l 'appeler et il nous a envoyé la femme de ménage pour nous fournir ce qui manquait. Les poubelles à l'extérieur n 'étaient pas vidées et il y avait un carton avec des bouteilles à jeter, dans le jardin , il m a dit qu'il le ferait mais ce ne fut pas fait. Sur les lits , il n 'y avait pas d alèses mais juste un drap de dessus plié faisant office de drap housse et une couette. Dans la cuisine, il y a trop peu de verres et il faudrait ajouter des tabourets pliants car il n y avait pas assez de chaises .Nous avons nous aussi cherché partout le lave linge en vain alors qu'il est mentionné sur le listing. L appartement était propre cependant on voit bien que les housses sur les canapés cachent les tâches. Le propriétaire a de nombreux logements sur Edimbourg , c est sans doute la raison pour laquelle il ne gère pas bien celui ci.

Gillade att det låg nära en busshållplats och att information om incheckning kom i utsatt tid som utlovat.

Det var inte välstädat, det såg inte ut som på bilderna, inte alls den ”hemtrevliga” känslan som bilderna visade upp. Det stod att det skulle finnas extra sänglinne och handdukar i bäddsofforna men där var tomt. Vi var 6 pers som hade bokat fyra nätter , endast tre toapappersrullar och två maskindisktabletter. Det var för lite. Det stod att det fanns tvättmaskin, den hittade inte vi. Sopsituationen utanför huset var katastrof, överfullt och sopor som bokstavligen ramlade ur soptunnan. Jag hittade aldrig något lösenord till boendets handbok som refererades till både i Mail och i det brev som stod i hallen. Sista dagen kröp det upp gråsuggor ur både badrumsavloppet och i kökshon. Handdukstorken/elementet i badrummet fungerade inte. På innergården var det fullt av fimpar och allmänt ogästvänligt.
