The room was neat and the location was perfect.
It gets very warm in the room because it has no windows. It has a door to the garden which you can open when you are home.

The space was ok for us because we're two hobbitses. Good products for bathroom/shower. They also had adaptors! No noise, very calm night. The bus stop was really close and the walk to the beach! Is literally in front!
Instructions to check in were clear but we were a bit confused as to where to find the keys. Doors were a bit tricky as well. Bed sheets and towels look very worn down. For us the mattress wasn't comfortable because we prefer more rigid than soft. Cramped.

Good location. On street parking nearby . Good local bus service . 15 minute walk to Portobello and 20 minutes to Musselburgh. Lovely garden. Bea our host was friendly.
Living area appeared to be a small extension at side of the owners property . Quite crowded with lots of furniture and soft furnishings . Bed was against the wall Less furniture would allow for a better. layout. No visible smoke alarm . Bathroom was clean and modern.
