En-suite double room with private entrance

For five nights was this private room a good alternative to the much more expencive rooms in the city center. The bus-connection with Lothian Busses to city center works very well. Or you try to walk from South to North and have a wonderful view from Gilmerton up to Leith. Hollyrood Park is not far away. The householders Helen and Jamal are very friendly and respect your private sphere. The room and the bathroom are clean. The bed is a couch to pull out for the night. The street Candlemakers Park is very calm and friendly. A supermarket is near by or some steps more you find thecbig supermarket " Morrison". There you get everything.

There could be more things for arrange some Coziness, like a picture on the wall or an armchair and a little desk if the guests who want to write or read.

The landlord was really nice and helpfull. He answered to the messages in time and gave helpful info ahead. His advices were really usefull about how to get to the property and how to use the traffic transport in Edinburgh. The pleace wqs perfectly clean amd organized! No crashes or old furnitures. Everything is modenr and up to date. Ha also helped us out with a converter!

There were no issue. Really nothing that I can point out!

Lots of great communication from the property owner with information that guests new to Edinburgh would benefit from knowing. Cleanliness - 100% There were also lots of extras, often not supplied by a host. Tea, coffee, choice of herbal teas, choice of shampoo and shower gel, toothpaste etc, were all available to use during your stay.

There was nothing we needed that had not been provided and the host was available if any problems had arisen. Great stay!
