30 mins by bus from city centre. Quiet area, walkable. House and toilet was clean too. Friendly host and thorough explanations about check-in and check-out procedures.

Beautiful place, clean room, fragrant sheets, clean bathroom, kitchen has everything you could need. The owner is amazing, helpful, will advise and help with anything you need. I look forward to coming here again. Thank you.

Home owner gave very clear instructions which included photos/video on accessing the property. Also responses to queries was prompt.
The only thing - was the central heating sounded now and again we're not used to, easily rectified by turning down as plenty warm enough anyway.

Очень чистые апартаменты. У хозяина жилья Вольдемара всё продумано до мелочей! Он старается, чтобы всем гостям было комфортно, это очень большая редкость! И я впервые сталкиваюсь с тем, что не надо мыть посуду, Боже мой, это прекрасно!😊😊 Соотношение цена-качество просто супер, особенно в Эдинбурге. Рядом много остановок автобусов до центра города. Мы ходили пешком, этого около 1 часа спокойным темпом. Сэкономили на двоих 20£😏
Всё-таки далеко от центра, но для нас это не помеха была. Кому-то это важно, а кто-то просто проедет это расстояние на автобусе или на такси.
Шумоизоляция. Но это проблема всех гостевых домов в Великобритании да и в принципе в Европе. Мы спим крепко, а вот остальные не знаю как.
