Location, overall quietness. Good size room (studio). Comfy bed (I did get a mattress topper but was actually fine without). Good wifi too.
The doors need soft door closers, some people just dropped their doors after coming in late at night and they unfortunately slam very loudly, which woke me. Bathroom light kept going off during my shower. But I do like a long shower.

It was quite close to the center, 30 minutes by walk or 6 bus stops. Good price option for Fringe Festival. The place was clean and had all utensils needed. It was quiet, the trains passing nearby did not bother us. We checked in late and this was not an issue. The communication with staff was very good.
The bed was a little too small for two people. The light in a bathroom was broken when we arrived and was never fixed during our stay. We used a torch in the mobile phone to use bathroom. Also you need to keep in mind there is no room service. But overall it was a good stay.
