Lovely, cozy house in a great location with good communicative hosts
The location was ideal for a Christmas stay - we went for big walks in the grounds and by the lake each day which was lovely. The house was decorated for Christmas and felt very cosy, every room had what we needed. We particuarly loved the view over the grounds and the little stream. We struggled to access the Wi-Fi at first and our host came over on Christmas Eve to help to troubleshoot which was really appreciated, especially given the timing.
One small thing which I passed on to the property (sharper knives for cooking group meals), otherwise no complaints.

We loved how big it was and the outside patio area was great for sitting having a drink or coffee
Some of the hot tub functions didn’t work which meant we didn’t really spend a lot of time in it but aside from that everything else was great!

Very good
Loved the space inside and out. Plenty room for everyone. Beds comfy. House was warm.
Quite dirty in some areas like window/window sills. No cleaning products/disinfectant. Toilet seats broken in 2 toilets. One of the shower drains choked, dirty water not draining away. No instructions on how to operate hot tub. Hot tub became very dirty nd empty and we were unable to refill or clean.
