Nice quiet location ,very peaceful and enjoyed our stay with 2 kids ,

Relaxing weekend, lovely setting for a large group of friends

We can’t fault the cottages, this was our third time visiting and we will be back again next year

Very nice location with good facilties in a dog friendly environment.

Lots of private space, very quiet and secluded and lovely scenery. The hot tub was excellent and facilities in the house were ideal. There were plenty of walks for the dog nearby.

The bed was too small and there was a clear sound of mice/ scratching in the walls.

Well appointed. Quiet Hot tub Lots of room

More information on how to manage the heating. Roof panels and wall heaters. We didn't discover until our last day there were extra logs round the back of the house in a black bin. We were also given only one fire lighter. Check in 4pm seems rather late, especially now as the days are shorter. Bathroom door was very stiff and needs attention, and shower poor.

Excellent home away from home. Stayed over New Years and it had everything we needed. The kids loved that it had a Christmas tree and fireworks. Such little details but made our stay even better 😊

the neighbour next door was quite difficult. not the owners fault understandably but the neighbour caused a scene and entered our property without consent.

Lovely cottage

Lovely location, very peaceful. Very clean.

The hot tub couldn't be used the first night as the tub water was cold. We were advised this a few days before we arrived but as we were only there Two nights, had I known this when I booked it I may not have booked it . Was very disappointed. I had booked it thinking we would have two evenings in the tub. The kids were sad they couldnt use it that much

it was very clean and peaceful, the stay was just what we wanted and very reasonable price

the only thing I can fault is the sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable but apart from that we loved it

Made a great weekend away, country walks, shopping in Perth, drinks and jacuzzi in the evening

clean, all the things you need on hand. the property was near Perth, only 15 minutes away

the gates were not wide enough to get the car of the road. But alternative parking was provided

DISAPPOINTED

The place was clean

We were there for the hot tub to relax. We arrived monday afternoon but we've managed to used the hot tub at 20:00 the next day (tuesday) because that's the only time the temperature reaches 40°. We've used it just for 30mins because it's really cold that time. We're really disappointed checking out Wednesday morning, plus the main entrane is very dark because the lights are broken so someone had an accident. I was trying to phone their number but the office is already closed. There's no emergency number.

the staff were helpful and the hot tub was amazing. has a dish washer which is such an amazing time saver. had everything we needed in the kitchen. not far from Perth city.

the outside light didn’t work properly when turned on it would still go off and on so sometimes had to use the little lanterns at the side to walk to the hot tub. the heaters take a long time to heat up but they do get there in the end. We had to use the carpet runner in the hall and walk carefully in the hall and toilet as the tiles are very very slippy when wet, my 2 year old didn’t understand this and fell several times and once banged his head so we moved the carpet from the living room over. could maybe use a bigger tv and/or one in the bedroom. other than that the place was perfect for us.
