In general, the cleanliness was quite unsatisfactory especially given the cost of the accommodation.
The place is absolutely breathtaking, and the lodge gives off such a fantastic energy!
The broken toilet seat has not been repaired despite contacting the company. Unpleasant large black stains on one of the towels, dog hair all over the carpet, and human hair discovered in one of the drawers. Additionally, a broken water glass in the cupboard. The mattress was too soft for our liking, although I suppose it is a matter of personal preference as some individuals may prefer extremely soft mattresses.

Noisy heat pump next to bedroom can be noisy at night. The WiFi continually required everyone to log in repeatedly which was frustrating for the younger guests.

great location but very basic for the price
location was great. Forest from the garden and loads to do nearby
no complementary coffee, tea or sugar. beds very hard. cleaning in upstairs bathroom left a lot to be desired (toothpaste and beard hair on tiles and window area)

Lovely stay, can’t wait to return
The location is beautiful as is the accommodation. All 3 bedrooms were immaculate, beds were comfortable and balconies on both upstairs rooms. The log burner was a lovely addition to warm up after a day out. Clear message regarding access to keys, postcodes and how to contact if any issues
A couple dishes had hairline cracks. Sofa was modern though not the most comfortable.

Lovely lodge with an amazing location!
Incredible location, surrounded by pine forest so perfect for walking the dog. The lodge was very clean and just a comfortable place to be! We had an amazing stay here and loved waking up to the forest every morning.

The house was very modern, clean, very well equipped and in a fabulous, beautiful location! We were a family of 5 with a dog and had plenty room.we’ve really enjoyed our stay!
