A very enjoyable stay in a well kitted out property, that’s convenient for all amenities.

Great space, close to all amenities. Well kitted out.

Don’t really want to complain about it, because it suited our needs beautifully, but a couple of things could be improved. Sofas were uncomfortable. The woodburner needs a new seal.

Location excellent, facilities good.

The upstairs bathroom should be fitted with a shower, one shower is inadequate for the property. The mattresses need replacing with some better quality mattresses. The the two sofas in the lounge are not very comfortable. The towels provided were of poor quality and did not absorb moisture as they should.

Lovely time had in well equipped clean spacious cottage

Roomy, clean, lovely location. Four nice bedrooms, perfect for our 3 generation family holiday break. There were leaflets of things to visit etc, but would be nice to have a guide in the cottage of how things work. E.g. WiFi info on router in downstairs twin room.

Nothing about the property, it was lovely, took a while to get used to the church bells during the day though!

Great location, large and clean house, very good for two families

The house is much bigger than what is presented on photos. A real nice suprise on arrival. There were 8 of us, and everyone had a lot of space, plus there is a living room where we could spent time together, and big kitchen were we dined together. Big plus for washing machine! Great location!

The double bed in the upper room was a bit too soft as body sinks too much when someone's a bit too heavy :/

Nice place to stay

Nice cosy cottage with good facilities in an excellent location. Plenty of room for all 7 of the family. Close to the centre of Blairgowrie and all amenities

Only one shower which needs a little TLC poor water pressure a power shower would have made it better. A second shower in the upstairs bathroom instead of a bath would be an advantage. Beds especially the singles in the twin room needs new mattresses as the are very firm .

Lovely home away from home.

Everything, the minute I booked I received all the relevant information and again a day or so before the booking, the house is like a tardis. Beautiful little cottage on the inside that keeps growing on the inside, well decorated, lovely furniture, warm, clean and comfortable will all the equipment and facilities you could need, perfect and looking forward to our next visit.

The location was great. It was very well equipped. It was very homely.

Small tv. Only one double bed out of four rooms- suit groups well but not so great for couples. Two bathrooms but only one shower was a bit of a drawback.

Bed configuration suited our group of 6 friends. Cottage was a little cold on arrival but living area soon heated up with log burner. There was linen hanging over the banister on arrival and downstairs bathroom could have been cleaner.
