Loch Monzievaird Chalets

The house was cosy and very comfortable plenty of space for 6 guys and in a good location to crieff and Comrie. Outdoor space was large and very welcome to host a BBQ during our stay.

Our only and major gripe was the complete lack of phone signal and extremely intermittent WiFi throughout our stay. One eve we came back to the cottage to a burning smell we tracked this to the router which had melted and nearly caught fire! ( Very lucky) The estate Manager who was kind and efficient quickly replaced the router and offered apologies but the WiFi signal was still terrible all week and we couldn't make calls or contact family and stay on top of work commitments without having to either be in Crieff or standing outside at the end of the sites driveway entrance next to a busy A-Road....Other than the oven grill not being cleaned being covered in someone's old food the WiFi was our only gripe but it was a big one in a great spacious cottage.

This was a warm and comfortable dog friendly chalet in the most beautiful location. The staff were very helpful. Waking up to views across the loch, spotting red squirrels and many different bird species, felt really special. The circular walk around the loch was interesting; we saw much evidence of beavers although we didn't manage to spot one.

Absolutely stunning location

Unfortunately 90% of facilities not open considering we’re still in high season, it seems this place is set up for group summer camps, no zip wire open as advertised on site, no coffee shop open as advertised on booking site
