So affordable so was very pleased with what I got for the money. Good distance from the Promenade & from Old Aberdeen so did some nice walks. Sea view.
Was a bit messy in hallway/lift areas, not the most scenic spot but only a short walk to nice views. Small leak in my room window but the wind and rain were very strong at the time.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, my room was clean , ok few bits under bed I only noticed as I dropped my fone , the hotel was very quiet , and you have a code and a card to get in your room and to put electrics on .the have a proper size kettle in the room and a hair dryer ., plenty of buses to take you to and from town ,plus a mcds and KFC across the road which was handy .
Only thing and it's minor is the shower curtain should be a little bit longer as I had to put a towel down to soak up the water , and there is no restaurant open in hotel .,the mattress wasn't really comfy tbh

Everything is fine, thanks
Clean and cheap place to stay
I need to ventilate the room at least 2-3 times a day. The window doesn't open, and that's bad.

Belvilla Aberdeen Bridge of Don Sea VIew - Ex Holiday Inn Express had a telescope available for stargazing. Looking at constellations together sparked wonderful conversations about our future and dreams.

Room was spacious, ensuite was a good size. It had a restaurant in house. Decent prices. Value for price we paid for 2 night stay. Staff were attentive. Close to major road networks
Shower head could have been more secure. Not very warm in public areas. Carpark cost extra.

Hotel needs lots of improvement in services and in staff training

Easy access to Aberdeen and beach
Constant smell of cannabis in the corridors. Lack of bedding, empty milk sachets with coffee making facilities, faulty kettle, laundry left in the corridors for 2 days, undesirable guests staying there and gathering in the lobby from carpark to the hotel. Felt unsafe.

Booked family suite at Belvilla Aberdeen Bridge Of Don Exhibition Centre which cost less than two rooms. Kids loved having separate sleeping space from parents during stay.

Nothing unfortunately
It was dirty & run down . The photos on booking.com were very misleading & outdated . The property is not representative of the photos posted on your website

Kid meals pricing was reasonable and portions generous. Wake-up service timing was flexible accommodating our unpredictable toddler sleep schedule perfectly well.

We received a really friendly welcome and all the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I like the location, handy for everywhere we needed to go. We had a sea view. The room was warm and comfortable. Toiletries were really nice too. The beds were very comfortable and linens all fresh, clean and crisp.
We would have eaten in the restaurant but it was too quiet. If there had been some soft background music to mask any chewing or rumbling tummy noises, we would have enjoyed a meal there. Hopefully we will return soon and try again.
There was a can that had blown into the car park (Storm Claudia) .... that one can rattled around a lot. I would have gone out and picked it up myself but I was too comfortable and sleepy!
These two tiny things didn't spoil our experience and I would recommend guests to stay here if they are looking for a great value, safe, clean, peaceful and comfortable stay in Aberdeen.

Firstly the parking was great, spacious & easy to park my larger vehicle upon a late check in.
When inside it was peaceful & tidy.
The quiet reception was staffed by a very helpful gentleman.
Rooms were spacious & tidy - I liked the size & facilities.
There was nothing during this stay that made us at all unhappy.

Location OK to main city. Room generally clean, dated from previous owner brand. Lobby etc looked very nice.
As soon as walking from lobby to lift area, exceptionally strong smell of weed. Staying floor 2 - smell was even worse. Smell drifted into room over the course of the night. No hand soap etc in the bathroom. Lobby area dirty - evidence of tobacco & rolling papers strewn all along the corridor area.

Nothing at all. I would give a negative rating for the uncleanliness and the constant smell of marijuana and smoke in the halls and rooms.
Staff was notified of a health and safety issue regarding a significant amount of blood inside the lifts left there for hours. Their response was that they were going to wait for housekeeping to clean it when they got in. That is a major biohazard with potential communal diseases or virus spreading. Additionally, numerous air vents from rooms were left outside in the hallways, and the smell of marijuana permeated through the vents and doors.

To be fair, the staff were friendly, the room was clean. It’s basic and rather dull but functional. Also there is a dining area and the chefs cooked up a delicious well presented chicken tikka which I couldn’t fault. It’s very accessible on the edge of Aberdeen with masses of parking at £5/day. It’s cheap and there’s a reason for it.
Bleak, dilapidated building. But my real objections are the pics on booking.com. They are AI, or another hotel, or the exhibition hall in its prime but they are NOT the hotel. This is misrepresentation bordering on fraudulent. I went there because of the pictures.YOU MUST TAKE THEM DOWN.

Had to leave this property this is being used as a asylum hotel felt very unfair for both paying hotel guests and those seeking asylum to be in this uncomfortable position
It’s being used as an asylum hotel and trying to operate as a hotel

Easy to check in and out off
Parking right next to the hotel
Rooms well labelled and signs easy to understand

The staff were great at reception and in the restaurant. The main bed was comfortable and warm.
It was a little tricky to find but the map link sent in the booking solved the problem. The sofa bed was not at all comfortable and it took up the room where the chair should sit at the desk leaving nowhere sensible for the chair. They advertised a tea and coffee machine which proved to be a kettle with no cups (provided from reception on request) and no ingredients. The downstairs car park was full of rubbish and appeared unsafe.

Make sure you ask for a room with window that opens - ours Didnt and I was staying for 4 nights, the happily moved us rooms and it was great to have an open window, signal not the best for Netflix etc on tv

One of the rooms had sick down the bed. The men we had staying here didn't want to return after the 2nd night. I had requested to refund the remaining nights but never heard back from the hotel. They did respond regarding the sick down the bed and ensured that the men wouldn't be placed in this room again.
