No breakfast was available at the property so I cannot comment on this. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, good location. It was great value for the price we paid.
It would have been better if breakfast had been available, but we were told this would be starting up the week after we arrived. The outside of the building gave a poor first impression with filthy windows and litter all around the property. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice room similar in quality to Premier Inn but at a cheaper price.

Great value for money, clean and tidy rooms, and it has all you need. Staff are fantastic, and any issues are resolved immediately.
The lift needs a little bit of cleaning, as it is the main area and lots of people are going back and forth to their rooms.

The room had a comfortable bed and a warm shower and a TV. Friendly staff
The overall cleanliness of the place was disgusting, dirty cups, dirty toilet, dirty walls and floors and lights either side of the bed, dirty chair and dirty curtains. The bed was okay. The hallways lift and entrance way was also just filthy including a car park absolutely full of litter. I'd stay again but the cleanliness was disappointing.
