Good hotel, accommodating managers.
I had to change room due to annoying people on the next room, manager approved no questions asked.
Good value for money. Location ok.

Don't expect a Hilton experience when you're likely to spend more at lunchtime that the room cost.
The beds were clean, comfy, the rooms had TV with Netflix and prime, cable channels too and the staff were exceptional.
The whole hotel is someone's project with active work seen throughout the building. They are clearly doing one room at a time, and selling the finished rooms out so they have some revenue to pay for the renovations
From what I see, it's going to be a fantastic hotel, just needs time to blossom.
The bottom line is, it's clean and you're not going to catch anything while staying here. The rooms were warm, what else could you need for a cheap layover?!

Friendly receptionist. Great location for our needs. Comfortable beds, very clean, plenty toiletries and tea/coffee making items. Our room was on roadside which was a bit noisy at times with bit racers, but for the very reasonable price we paid can’t complain

The hotel was easy to locate and accessible. The staff at reception welcoming and efficient, quickly taking action when the initial room allocated had a broken window and changed my room. The room itself is alright for the short stay I had. Downside was there were no complimentary tea or coffee available even though there was a kettle provided. I had to buy coffee sachets in town and water.
