Nice apartment - shame about the building works and noise

Apartment is lovely. Bigger than it looks in the pictures.

It's is very high tech. I don't speak much French and the lady showing us in didn't speak much English. Whole time I was there couldn't get some lights to turn on. The parking was not available due to road works at the front of property. This is beyond their control but I was only told the day before arrival which was frustrating. I had deliberately chosen somewhere with parking as traveling on my own with children. There was also building work at the back of the property that looks like it might be ongoing for a while. It's started at 730am and was very noisy.

Great apartment in a beautiful area!

Great apartment, with everything you may need. We only slept on the big bed which was quite comfortable. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a bathtub which are useful when travelling with kids. Our kid loved watching netflix on the projector. The area is lovely too. We loved that the apartment had a parking spot as well.

Small things: Old pans in the kitchen... for this price they could be updated. Weird height of the table vs chairs which doesn't allow you to sit and eat 100% comfortably.

The light system required some adjustment, the strong smell of cigarette in the common areas (obviously not our host's fault), the road work on the street (obviously not our host's fault)

Very nice flat in quiet location

Very big and comfy bed, nice bathroom with big bath and separate shower. Quiet location, with balcony. Lift to get to the floor.

The lights are a bit fiddly as they flicker if you turn on too high but you need to slowly bring up brightness on each one, also would have been cool to watch TV in the bedroom but the sound system didn't seem to work as expected

I had an incredible stay at this department in Paris booked through Booking.com. The apartment was truly amazing and beautifully stylish with two spacious bedrooms. The large balcony offered a stunning view, and all the amenities were top-notch. One of the highlights of this apartment was its fantastic location – it's conveniently close to the main metro station, ensuring easy access to all the major sightseeing destinations in no time. Additionally, the host was incredibly pleasant and accessible through WhatsApp, making our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was not only safe but also vibrant, with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and a beautiful park nearby. The apartment's modern and stylish design, coupled with interesting lighting, made us feel right at home. We even enjoyed some great evenings in, cooking dinner in the fully-furnished kitchen and having fun with the pool table in the living room. This apartment exceeded our expectations, and we left with unforgettable memories. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Paris. Thank you to the host and the wonderful cleaning lady who made our experience so special!

Great fully equipped apartment with very convenient location. If happy with traffic, just 5 minutes drive from the the Arch of Triumph. Underground station just 15 steps away. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Please consider sunny side of the apartment second half of the day - no A/C in the property.

sometimes an unpleasant smell especially the first days. the glass separation between the bathroom and bedroom. the solution of leaving the key when leaving was problematic. we had to go back to the appartement to leave the key after leaving the parking. the problem - there is no place to leave the car outside the parking even for a second. you should find some other solution.

It was a nice, short stay

Very nice, modern and clean apartment. Big, comfortable bed, lots of storage, well equipped kitched. Access to garage by elevator (briliant). Very good area, close to shops, some nice restaurants, Metro and buses. You could get to most of the attractions quite quickly. I'd definitely recommend this apartment for short stay.

TV and projector were not working. It was a bit cold in the rooms when we got there. The towel dryer in the bathroom was also switched off, and we couldn't switch it on. Please note that the garage has 1,9m height restriction. We did say that we'll be in a van and barely could fit in there without hitting the sprinklers. The owners don't speak English but use Google translate, so they text only.

Exceptional

perfect location: 5 minutes walk from the underground (2 stops for the airport busses and few more for the city centre). In less than 20 minutes you are at the most popular sites. There are restaurants and shops within 5/10 minutes walk (one shop open 24hours). Apartment is clean and plenty of futures (pool table too, cinema projector, luxury bath and shower,...). Very quite, we slept really well (wasn't weekend) George called me before my arriving and sent Gloria at the apartment, she was very kind and explained us everything. We staid only 2 nights, we wish we could stay more.

Close to metro/comfortable bed

Perfect location for our activities. Cafés, boulangeries, pharmacy and grocery store all within a block. The apartment has little extras such as a hide away pool table and movie monitor/screen plus apple TV and unique lighting. We loved the little veranda space. The bed was very large and extra comfortable. The bathroom is chic and the shower has an adjustable rainforest shower head. There are plenty of mirrors, including full-length mirrors in the apartment Parking included is a big plus!

The sheets on the sofa bed need to be updated. The sofa itself needs a good cleaning.

Great location, easy access to everything, clean and bright unit

I whatsapp-ed the contact person upon our arrival to the unit (the contact person communicates in French and English), a lady brought the key to the main entrance door however we could not communicate in French or English, she only spoke Spanish which caused a language barrier. The Building itself is behind an other building which cuts off the main road noises (nice and quiet), the bed sheets looked like they had aged, a fresh set would have been appreciated, a few towels and toilette papers rolls were provided but remember to take a few extras if you plan staying for more than a few days, the folding bed is not the most conformable but good enough to crush on. A fresh set of cutleries, plates and coffee mugs would be nice to have (keep in mind that there are plates, mugs and cutleries but it is a mix and match set). The oven did not work but there is a functional microwave. The unit is very clean and bright, it has a nice size shower and bathroom, the balcony is awesome for relaxation, the main bedroom is a great size, the location of the unit is perfect, close to Arc de Triumph and La Defence, There is a free car parking spot in the basement which is a big plus. There is also a sound system and a projector which we never used.

There was really not much not to like other then the small points which I have mentioned in my previous comment. The only thing that got me by surprise was the language barrier we encounter with the lady who brought us the keys but even then we managed to understand each other.

Location was perfect with a supermarket, lovely bistros within 5 mins walk. Location in relation to Metro couldn't be better so you can be in central Paris in about 20mins. Overall couldn't fault anything and hope to return.

I strongly recommend it

Location is very good - less than one block from the Metro 1. Safe and beautiful area a bit outside from the touristic route. The apartment is big and modern, there’s a good kitchen and a cool table to have dinner. The bed is very comfortable and so is the couch! I was very surprised how good the apartment was for the price (and Paris). The host was very kind dealing with an issue we had before traveling and everything went smoothly. I recommend the place!

Although the apartment is very well equipped, not everything was working (for example TV and the VERY cool bathtub ☹️). Maybe it need just a bit more of attention to these details (If it’s there, it should ‘work’)

un bon endroit pour notre weekend à Paris

L'emplacement et le calme de l'apartement étaient super.

1) On nous a donné un seul jeu de clé, nous étions 2 et quand mon mari partait pour faire son footing dans le bois, j'ai été bloqué dans l'apartement, j'ai demandé un 2ième mais on nous a dit non. 2) il y avait 2 capsules de Nespresso. Pour 2 personnes là pour 2 nuits, ce n'est pas très généreux.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt

Die Lage war - abgesehen von der Baustelle hinter dem Haus - sehr gut. Die U 1 war ganz in der Nähe, so dass man schnell in die Innenstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kam. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, nur das W-Lan funktionierte leider nicht..

Die Baustelle hinter dem Haus war ab 8 Uhr morgens sehr laut.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Paris sehr genossen! Die Ferienwohnung war großartig – gemütlich und komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage: Die Metro war ganz in der Nähe, was das Reisen durch die Stadt sehr einfach gemacht hat, und ein Parkplatz war ebenfalls vorhanden – ein großer Pluspunkt für alle, die mit dem Auto unterwegs sind.

Der einzige kleine Nachteil war die Ausstattung der Küche. Es gab nur sehr wenig Geschirr – kaum Tassen – und leider keine guten Pfannen, was das Kochen etwas erschwert hat. Wir hoffen, dass die Gastgeber das in Zukunft verbessern.

Muy bien ubicado para acceder a Paris

La anfitriona Francesca era super amable. El piso está nuevamente decorado (nos han gustado los suelos), muy limpio y está bastante bien equipado (cocina, baño…una mesa de billiar!). Sin embargo, tal vez la ventaja más grande es su ubicación - cerca del metro y por lo tanto es muy fácil entrar en Paris - está rodeado por restaurantes/supermercados/panaderías etc. El parking esta perfecto para un coche grande PERO la altura del techo no pasa 1.9m (así que no es para coches SUVs altos). Para encontrar el piso en coche era fácil.

El sistema de luces era un poco complicado y no conseguimos poner en marcha los canales de la TV (pero por estar en Paris, apenas estuvimos en el piso). Está anunciado para 4 personas pero ten en cuenta que tiene una cama tamaño King y un sofá cama - si te gustan los colchones blandos, no tendrás ningún problema.
