Hospedaje Amplio y cómodo.

Me encantó la seguridad del lugar y el sistema de ingreso sin llaves, súper práctico y fácil de usar. La ubicación es conveniente y, considerando el precio, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Ideal para una estadía cómoda y sin complicaciones.

Lo único que no me agradó fue que no se proporcionaran artículos básicos de aseo personal como jabón, shampoo o similares. Sería un gran valor agregado incluir estos elementos, ya que son detalles que marcan la diferencia en la experiencia del huésped.

Unrealistische Beschreibung des Appartements

Genug Platz

Die Ansprüche an den Gast („Schuhe ausziehen“) waren höher als die des Gastgebers. Staub, Haare an diversen Stellen (z.B. WC), unsauberer Teppich. Diverse Steckdosen ohne Strom. Die Bitte, die Wäsche vor der Abreise in die Waschmaschine zu stecken und gegebenenfalls einen Waschvorgang zu starten, ist ja wohl ein Witz. Der Zugang zum Appartement geht über insgesamt 4 Code-Eingaben. Mit dem Aufzug kommt man in die Garage, hat dann aber keinen Schlüssel, um wieder aus der Garage hochzufahren. Der Umweg geht dann wieder über die Treppe ins Erdgeschoss und die erzwungene Code-Prozedur. Die Wohnung ist neu, aber die Handwerker, vor allem der Elektriker, ein totaler Stümper. Trotz allen Mängeln, auch zur Küchenausstattung, werden von der Besitzerin phantastische Sätze formuliert, aber passen bestenfalls in die Traumdeutung.

Locatia excelenta, cu statie de autobuz in poarta complexului, de mare ajutor pentru calatorii in centrul Parisului. Pat confortabil, canapea extensibila pt copii, masa cu 4 scaune, frigider mare si congelator, liniste in complex, apartament modern si confortabil, acces securizat in curtea interioara si in bloc, respectiv apartament.Si un mare plus, parcarea fix sub complex, cu loc rezervat, tarif inclus in pretul cazarii, deci nu pe strada de platit suplimentar. Zona buna a Parisului, ne-am simtit in siguranta.Comunicare foarte buna cu gazda, prompta in raspunsuri. Exists un birou cu scaun daca aveti de lucrat, pe mine m-a ajutat. Exista storuri la geam, de ajutor daca vreti sa dormiti mai mult.Vom reveni!

Internetul nu a fost grozav, cred ca a fost o problema in cladire la 1 zi dupa sosirea noastra si nu s-a remediat pe parcursul celor 3 zile ramase, probabil se rezolva dupa plecarea noastra. O sugestie de imbunatatire, nu un punct slab: exista aparat de cafea dar nu si doze pt el, se gasesc in supermarket, nu costa mult. Si la consumabile e putin loc de imbunatatire (sapun la baie, hartie igienica pot fi suplimentate usor)

Jeśli planujecie rodzinny wyjazd do Paryża, ten apartament to świetna opcja – serdecznie polecam.

Spędziliśmy w tym apartamencie kilka dni podczas rodzinnego wyjazdu do Paryża i był to naprawdę dobry wybór. Mieszkanie okazało się idealne dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny – przestronne, wygodne i świetnie zlokalizowane. Apartament znajduje się w spokojnej i bezpiecznej dzielnicy. Dojazd komunikacja miejską do Wieży Eiffla czy Luwru zajmował kilkanaście minut. Przystanek autobusowy przed wejściem. W okolicy były sklepy spożywcze, piekarnia oraz kilka przyjemnych kawiarni – wszystko, co potrzebne na co dzień. Kontakt z gospodarzem przebiegł bardzo sprawnie – szybkie odpowiedzi na wiadomości, sprawne poradzenie sobie z problemami technicznymi.

Brakowało tabletek do zmywarki - warto pomyśleć o pozostawieniu kilku sztuka.

Super séjour dans l'établissement New & Serene récent, bien équipé, calme et très bien situé !

Super emplacement entre Suresnes et Puteaux proche commerces, restaurants et des transports en commun. Logement au 1er étage dans résidences très calmes et éloignés de la circulation ! Donc permet de bien se reposer le soir après une journée bien occupée pour découvrir Paris et ses environs ! DE plus, étant venu en voiture, nous avons vraiment apprécié de pouvoir garer notre voiture dans un parking intérieur sécurisé !

Rien cependant quelques petites suggestions / améliorations : - pas de clé mise à disposition pour accéder au local poubelles de la résidence donc nous avons dû prendre la poubelle dans la voiture et trouver un container à poubelles pour la jeter du côté de St Cloud. - super TV mais la plupart des chaînes de la TNT ne sont pas disponibles. - peut-être proposer quelques sachets de thé et capsules de café pour accueillir les hôtes à leur arrivée.

Le manque de vaisselle seulement 2 verres pour un logement pour 4 ce n’est pas suffisant et le système d’ouverture de la porte d’entrée un peu compliqué

le logement a un bon potentiel malgré des détails à améliorer et un petit manque de communication

logement propre et bien situé avec de l’électro-ménager quasi-neuf. la place de parking est un avantage énorme. l’accès aux appartements est bien sécurisé et l'environnement est plutôt calme.

Il est difficile de communiquer avec les propriétaires qui ne répondent pas au téléphone. Le système de code pour la porte n'est pas évident à utiliser lorsque l'on ne connaît pas. Il n'y avait que deux verres pour 3 personnes, pas de couette pour la 3ème personne. Le linge de maison des locataires précédents qui sèche pendant notre séjour n'est pas très agréable.
