gros couac à l'arrivée car le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Cela s'est résolu en quelques heures par la conciergerie et le propriétaire qui a fait le nécessaire pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible (merci encore)

machine à laver et sèche linge sur place, grand frigo, congélateur, machine à café nespresso (pas de capsule), bouilloire
lit très confortable, grande douche
immeuble récent, en centre ville avec commerce à proximité, ascenseur,
ventilateurs, assez calme
accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, même avec fauteuil on arrive à bouger dans l'appartement
place de parking en sous sol
proche arrêt de bus, tramway et gare plus loin et attention ça grimpe pour s'y rendre
peu de vaisselle
chambre un peu bruyante du fait qu'elle se trouve proche d'un couloir de passage d'un autre appartement
il manque un petit siège (tabouret) pour s'asseoir dans la douche (pour les PMR)

Located across the street from a bus stop and less than 10 minutes walk from a train station the location makes it easy to get around even though it's not in the city centre.
There is also a supermarked very close by.
The "balcony" in the bedroom leads straight out to the outdoor walkway between the apartments. If you like privacy the blinds have to be closed at all times, and it can be a bit of a jump scare if someone walks by.
There is no hand soap provided so be sure to bring that!

Cartier liniștit. Aproape de tren sau metrou pentru plimbări in Paris. Aproape de stațiile de autobuz. Magazine in zona pentru cumpărături. Netflix in apartament , daca iti adaugi contul tău 😂 Internet de mare viteza .
Gazda scorțoasa. A impus reguli ca la copiii mici: sa ne descălțam la intrare, sa ducem gunoiul, mai avea putin și ne spunea sa facem curățenie la plecare pentru a lăsa in ordine următorilor clienti. Nu a precizat faptul ca parcarea nu e chiar lângă cazare, din parcare nu poti ajunge cu bagajele in bloc, trebuie sa faci câțiva pași- sa iesi din parcare si sa traversezi tot complexul de blocuri. La masa din bucătărie doar doua scaune, cum noi am fost 2 adulți si un copil, am fost nevoiți sa mâncăm pe rand. A mai si amenințat prin mesajul trimis la inceput, daca nu ne conformam regulilor poate sa retragă din contul meu 350 euro conform înțelegerii cu Booking

Équipement défectueux seulement 2 tabourets de bar sans vis pour une et les vis mal visés pour l’autre,pas facile de rester assis
Pas d’eau chaude le soir pour se doucher
Pas de couette pour le canapé lit seulement 2 petites couvertures polaires sales, beaucoup de taches sur les deux
Lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas
