It was a good stay and visit to the “city of lights”.

Bad

It looks like on photos.

No ventilation + noisy road + uncomfortable beds + lousy bedsheets = guarantee of bad sleep. Location isn't good for tourism - no way to get to the center buying one ticket - you'll need to change the line buying a new one. The property is situated just between two cemeteries.

Small hickup at checkin but solved quickly

Outside the busy city, close to TR for transportations

At arrival (just get myself the key from the key box, no personal Contact) in my assigned suite, the room was not cleaned / new sheets for the beds...) after the previous guest. As I was not sure I contacted the host who appologize and immediately gave me the code for the other suite. So all was solved within 10 minutes.

Beautifully designed, very clean, insulation to street noise is quite good. Feels like a safe neighborhood. Amazing view over Paris with the Eiffel tower from the top of the street.

Practical but very noisy

It is not far from La Défense. The place looks good (recently renovated) and is very practical.

The place is very noisy : the street is just in front of the windows and makes a lot of noise, as well as the neighboring appartements which are not insulated from the Suite. Little bonus on that part however: ear plugs are provided by the hosts. The mattress is not so comfortable. Windows cannot fully open (they are blocked by the shades). A shelf or rack to put clothes would be a good addition.

Très bien situé, facile d'accès et très pratique. Les échanges avec les hôtes étaient très simples. Nous avons passé un super moment. Les deux logements étaient très fonctionnels et modernes.

Nous avons découvert quelques tâches sur les rideaux roulants des fenêtres mais l'hôte a été très réactif à notre signalement. Tout le reste était parfait, nous avons eu aucun soucis concernant le logement.

Super séjour dans un logement propre et moderne

Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. La boîte à clés est très pratique. Si j'ai besoin, je choisirai ce logement à nouveau ! Dormant avec des boules quies, le bruit de la route ne m'a absolument pas dérangé.

La demande de virement pour la caution peut surprendre mais le remboursement fut rapide et total.

La taille du logement

Je n'ai pas apprécié d'avoir à verser une caution aussi élevée pour une nuit (NB : la caution a été reversée trsè rapidement après la sortie de l'établissement, mais j'étais fébrile à l'idée d'avoir versé une telle somme !!)... même si c'est décrit dans les conditions initiales lors de la réservation (auxquelles je n'avais pas prêté attention - car c'est rare d'avoir à payer une caution quand on réserve sur booking) . même si je comprends les raisons du loueur, cela fait partie des raisons pour lesquelles je ne renouvellerai pas ma réservation) Globalement, les bruits de la rue ne sont pas filtrés et le logement n'est pas très calme.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße, sehr laut, wenn man empfindlich ist. Aber Lage zur Metro super, nicht weit.

Un très bon séjour !

Le logement était très bien, propre, facile d'accès et très joli. Nous avons pu nous doucher avec les serviettes et le gel douche prescrit et nous avons très bien dormi. Merci pour l'accueil !

Nous sommes arrivées tard dans le logement, je ne sais pas si cela a joué mais il faisait un peu froid dans la pièce principale et la couette du canapé lit était mouillé.
