Really disappointing and some very poor aspects

The flat was a walkable distance from the new station and access to central Paris was cheap and easy. It was very quiet at night.

There were numerous wiring issues that were dangerous; extension leads across the floor, sockets coming away from the walls. The flat looked clean, but around the edges it was dusty. The kitchen wasn't clean (see the photo of the hob). The microwave didn't work, there was no TV, and there was a wooden piece of kitchen cupboard that had come apart and was just left. There were two wardrobes in the room with two single beds, but no way of hanging up clothes because of the size of the space! (see the photo). There were three of us but we only received three large towels - no hand towels. The towels were also musty. I texted the owner to explain this and asked for the towels to be replaced and for hand towels to be added. I had a brief telephone conversation with the owner, but we were in the middle of Paris at the time and it was hard to hear. The owner said she would text, but she didn't. We never got clean towels and I dried myself after a shower with the hairdryer. I've since seen a number of French reviews that say the same thing, but nothing has yet been done. I would love to stay again, as it's such a good location, but so much work needs to be done.

Le radiateur de la salle de bain en panne (le chauffage d’appoint ne répond pas aux normes de sécurité ) La literie est de mauvaise qualité (matelas mousse compacte ) malgré le sur matelas La couette du lit deux places n’est pas de bonne dimension ( lit simple )… Les installations électriques sont improbables (goulottes plastiques et rallonges électriques) Cher propriétaire tenait compte des remarques car en lisant les commentaires précédents il est à conclure que vous n’avez que faire des doléances des personnes hébergées

El trato de las personas que nos acogieron y el disponer de párquing en el mismo edificio.

El apartamento presenta carencias en limpieza, mantenimiento, ropa de cama… la cama de matrimonio disponía de un nórdico de cama individual. Los colchones merecían un cambio debido a su extrema dureza. No había ninguna balleta para poder limpiar la mesa y el estropajo de la cocina era reutilizado. En lo que se refiere a la climatización, en cocina y habitaciones era excelente pero el comedor carecía de persianas y hacía frío allí. La instalación eléctrica no era segura ya que había cables en el suelo.

Très bon séjour en famille pour une occasion spéciale. ( concert de Gims )

Logement à proximité de tout : transports, restauration, commerces, et surtout de Paris la Défense Arena. Idéal pour les concerts ou spectacles.

Juste le confort des lits , les couvertures , oreiller, et couettes . Mettre du café à disposition pour la machine à café qui est d'une certaine marque serait judicieux sinon pour un court séjour pas intéressant d'acheter ce produit pour les personnes de passage.

Дуже зручні апартаменти з можливістю паркування авто у підземному паркінгу в районі La Defense. На номері телефону який міститься в контактах до цього помешкання є Whatsapp. За допомогою цього контакту можна виришити будь які питання як до так і після заселення. Квартира доволі простора та має все необхідне обладнання. В квартирі немає телевізора, але є проектор та великий екран на пів стіни. Дуже зручно переглядіти свої улюблені фільми. Поруч є декілька ресторанів, та магазинів. Якщо прогулятись в район метро La Defense то можна знайти все необхідне в величезному торговельному центрі, та подивитись на хмарооси та вцілому на цей Hi-Tech район.
