Serenity Aparthotel, la Défense - Eiffel tower view - 5 min walk to Subway

Sicuramente il prezzo è la cosa positiva di questo appartemento. Aggiungo anche la reattività dell'host che ha sempre risposto molto velocemente, anche se a volte in maniera seccata. Dispenser del sapone nella doccia. Si tratta di un monolocale all'interno dell'Adagio Aparthotel.

Ho prenotato il monolocale per due "Queen" e purtroppo penso sia il più brutto tra le opzioni proposte. Secondo piano che da sulla strada rumorosa quindi non si possono tenere le finestre aperte e soprattutto NO view della Torre Eiffel. Ricircolo dell'aria in bagno rotto, infatti accedendo la luce non partiva la ventola ed è stato molto sgradevole dato che non c'è finestra nel bagno. Pulizia non soddisfacente. Cuscini molto sottili, piccoli e scomodi. Le foto del "Monolocale Queen" non sono presenti sul sito di Booking, infatti vedi gli altri, ma non questo che è effettivamente il più sfortunato . Non c'è la terrazza come in foto, bagno minuscolo. I mezzi pubblici distano almeno 15 minuti a piedi e non 5 minuti come scritto nel titolo.

O local era muito bom e tranquilo, Apto. limpinho e a anfitriã atenciosa.

Sentimos muito calor à noite. O ar não dava vazão. Como o apto era de 2 andares e o ar foi instalado no andar de baixo, a cozinha ficava fria mas o quarto ficava muito quente. A escada era muito íngreme e à noite no escuro para ir ao banheiro, tínhamos que descer com cuidado para não cairmos. Tinha apenas 1 pano de prato na cozinha. Acho que também deveria ter sal e açúcar. A cafeteira tinha apenas 3 saches de café. Gostaria muito de dar nota 10. Acho que todos os problemas eram superáveis exceto o do ar condicionado que atrapalhou bastante.

What is possibly the best part of this place is the view. It's a nice view towards the Eiffel Tower and being on the top floor the noise is generally reduced. Bed was comfortable and it had everything I needed to for my short stay.

So this place is in the centre of Courbevoie and the Line L is the close 'subway'. This was a last minute booking for me and didn't really suit my situation. The place is in the Adagio Access, which in the La Defense, area are know for being 'rough around the edges' and this place was no exception. The bed and single sofa bed are on the mezzanine level, the stairs were quite scary. Steep and wobbly. I think anyone heavier than me (around 85kg) could possibly break the stairs. Shower pressure was low if someone else on the floor was using the water at the same time. The WiFi seemed to act a bit strange at times. Lastly, though not the hosts' fault, on the floor (I think) there was someone chain smoking the whole time I was there and yes it came into the room. I'm highly sensitive to smoke smells and the smoke of course. I wasn't sure who to contact about this issue. This is a problem in hotels in France in general. It's unfortunately not the first time I have experienced this.
