Perfect little apartment for a stay in Paris. We will definitely return

Cozy studio apartment with iconic Paris landmark view

The view from the balcony is hard to beat: the Tour Eiffel. The instructions I received from the host about how to get there and how to get the apartment key were very clear. Just follow them. The apartment was very clean with a very comfortable bed. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it's perfectly usable to cook meals (induction stove, 2 burners). The neighborhood is well-served: public transport, grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries are all within walking distance.

Very noisy upstairs Neighbour who is awake all night moving tables and chairs, making sure you will not sleep a minute. Downstairs restaurant/club is very loud until midnight.

Ideal in all Shapes and Forms for a stay in Paris.

Wonderful and very functional location to travel all Paris. Through RER A and Metro line 1. The appartment itself much more you can find for Paris. Clean, comfortable, well equiped as needed, functional, amazing view, best you can find location. Access through a 24/7 reception with the privacy of a two stories appartment. Sofa bed super comfortable, similar or even better to a bed. Communication with owner/s professional, and super fast.

Actually nothing of an average importance. We stayed 3 days and the whoel experience in all aspects was 10 out of 10.

Ușor accesibil, priveliște cu Arcul de Triumf.

Miros urât, uși murdare, baie murdară și lipsa bucăților de faianță, pereți decojiți, o scară din lemn incomodă și periculoasă. WiFi nefuncțional, chiuveta de la baie înfundată (apa se scurge greu). Per total, nu am avut o experiență bună cu acest loc de cazare. ATENȚIE la rezervare! Noi ne-am păcălit la poze. Sunt două tipuri de camere studio: de 3 persoane și studio de 4. Inițial am crezut că e cel de 4, în schimb am găsit o cameră de 25 m² cu patul în pod și o scară din lemn care pare desprinsă.

Apartamento adecuado en buena zona

El departamento era bonito, equipado con lo justo y necesario para hacer alguna comida o el desayuno allí, lo cual es muy práctico y con una hermosa vista a la torre eiffel. La zona es genial con supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Muy agradable y seguro, eso fue un plus. En general la estadía fue muy agradable salvo algunos detalles, las camas super cómodas, muy limpio y teníamos lo que necesitábamos.

Mi caso es particular porque fui con mis padres de + 70años, no era práctico para personas mayores. La ducha muy pequeña y resbalosa lo cual era peligroso, las 3 camas estaban en el entrepiso con lo cual debíamos subir escaleras y eso fue bastante inconveniente para mis padres. La atención del anfitrión fue amable, pero cuando planteamos esta inquietud no disponían de alternativas para nosotros. La caminata al metro son 900m (más de 5´) lo cual también fue algo inesperado y no tan cómodo para mis padres.

Logement trés proche de la Défense (10-15 min max à pied) Hôte trés réactif (contact par Whats'app) Restauration rapide (ou pas) à proximité immédiate (moins de 5 min voir à 2 pas)

SDB petite mais néanmoins bien équipé. Chauffage un peu juste pour le volume du logement avec le réglage choisi et verrouillé.

Teleurstellend

Ik had bewust gekozen voor deze locatie en accomodatie om 's nacht goed te kunnen slapen. Wat ik niet wist was dat 'mijn' appartement op de 2e etage was recht boven een restaurant/cafe, met het nodige geluid binnen en op straat en ook nog eens de rook van de mensen op straat dat naar binnen kwam. De foto's van de accomodatie suggereerden uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren. Wat ze er niet bij vertellen is dat dit alleen zo is als op de hogere etages zit. En dat zit je dus niet als je de verkeerde ruimte huurt. Ik had dus en geen uitzicht en ook nog eens geluidsoverlast. Als ik dit had geweten had ik wel een accomodatie gezocht op een meer sfeervolle locatie. Verder liet de hygiene ook te wensen over: het schaamhaar van de vorige huurder zat nog tegen de muren van de douche. Ik heb melding gemaakt van mijn ongemak, maar volgens de verhuurder had ik dit moeten kunnen weten. Conclusie: waarschijnlijk een prima accoomicatie als je de goede ruimte krijgt en geen pech hebt zoals ik.

La facilité d'accès au logement en toute autonomie, ce qui permet de prendre possession des lieux à n'importe quelle heure. La vie sur la tour Eiffel depuis la petite terrasse La propreté du studio

Il faisait très froid quand j'ai pris possession des lieux à 1h du matin...il aurait été judicieux que le chauffage soit mis avant mon arrivée. J'ai également eu la surprise qu'il fallait défaire ses draps... Et il est indiqué que c'est à 5 min du métro : soit je marche lentement, soit il y a une erreur, c'est plutôt 12 min...

Sconsigliato per le famiglie con i bimbi

L'appuntamento è molto pulito e c'è tutto necessario tranne ventilatore o l'aria condizionata. Nel letto era la coperta invernale pesante e con 30 gradi fuori e al 14 mo piano era davvero difficile a starci dentro. Host era molto gentile e disponibile e mi ha pure risposto alla una di notte per spiegare come si entra in casa. Per fortuna l'apartamento si trova nel Adagio appart hôtel e quando tutti i due gli ascensori si sono rotti il tecnico arrivato abbastanza veloce e tra due ore li ha riparato. Peccato che dovevamo scendere dal quattordicesimo piano con il passeggino, neonato e la valigia prima perché è venuta la donna di pulizie e ci ha chiesto di lasciare l'apartamento. La zona invece è molto comoda con tutti i negozi, metro ecc vicinissimo. Sotto c'è una pasticceria squisita e il parchetto con la fontana per rilassarsi. La linea 1 di metro nel immediata vicinanza vi porta nei tutti i punti più interessanti di Parigi. .

Quindi sconsiglio per le famiglie con i bimbi piccoli, soprattutto l'estate. Il letto è su soppalco con la scala un po' stretta.

Fajny taras. Widok na panoramę Paryża robi wrażenie, w okolicy są sklepy, restauracje i inne potrzebne rzeczy, łóżka wygodne, można się wyspać. Dobry kontakt z zarządzającym.

Troszkę ciasno, zwłaszcza w łazience . Czystość umiarkowana, okolica drzwi balkonowych i taras były brudne, z niedopałkami papierosów, ale reszta apartamentu czysta. Więcej niż dwie kapsułki do ekspresu na 3 dni pobytu, które dostaliśmy, nie zrujnowalyby budżetu właściciela.

Logement au rapport qualité/prix très intéressant et à 5-10 minutes à pieds pour se rendre au métro de la Défense. Boulangerie et supérette à proximité ainsi qu'une aire de jeux au pied de l'immeuble

Comfortabele studio met mooi uitzicht en centrale ligging. Aanrader!

Prettige communicatie met de verhuurder. Centrale ligging in veilig gebied. Metro op 15 minuten loopafstand en vervolgens in 10 minuten in het hart van Parijs. Bakker en supermarktje beneden bij het appartement. Prachtig uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren en stadsparkje met fontein, parkieten en speeltuintje voor de kinderen. Wij hadden via de eigenaar een parkeerplaats gereserveerd onder het appartement. Heel handig!
