Serenity Aparthotel, la Défense - Eiffel tower view - 5 min walk to Subway

O local era muito bom e tranquilo, Apto. limpinho e a anfitriã atenciosa.

Sentimos muito calor à noite. O ar não dava vazão. Como o apto era de 2 andares e o ar foi instalado no andar de baixo, a cozinha ficava fria mas o quarto ficava muito quente. A escada era muito íngreme e à noite no escuro para ir ao banheiro, tínhamos que descer com cuidado para não cairmos. Tinha apenas 1 pano de prato na cozinha. Acho que também deveria ter sal e açúcar. A cafeteira tinha apenas 3 saches de café. Gostaria muito de dar nota 10. Acho que todos os problemas eram superáveis exceto o do ar condicionado que atrapalhou bastante.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft als 3-köpfige Familie nach unserem Aufenthalt in der Normandie gebucht, da wir auf dem Heimweg noch ein paar Tage in Paris verbringen wollten. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter hat uns sämtliche erforderlichen Infos zum Einchecken bzw. Auschecken ausführlich mitgeteilt. Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr sauber, und die kleine Kochecke verfügte über alles, was man braucht. Bei dem Apartement handelt es sich um ein Split-Level Apartement und der Schlafbereich war über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar, was für uns jedoch keine Problem darstellte. Das Highlicht der Unterkunft jedoch war der atemberaubene Blick auf den Eiffelturm vom kleinen Balkon aus. Zum Frühstück konnte man frische Croissants in einer Bäckerei direkt neben der Unterkunft kaufen. Ebenso gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wer gerne Sushi mag, sollte zu dem Asiaten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft gehen. Dort gab es auch einen klimatisierten Innenbereich, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren, da während unseres Aufenthalts in Paris große Hitze herrschte. Die Anbindung zur Metro war auch gut, da direkt vor der Residenz eine Bushaltestelle ist; alternativ kann man die Metro aber auch fußläufig erreichen. Fazit: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Serenity Aparthotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierin, wenn wir nochmal in Paris sind.

What is possibly the best part of this place is the view. It's a nice view towards the Eiffel Tower and being on the top floor the noise is generally reduced. Bed was comfortable and it had everything I needed to for my short stay.

So this place is in the centre of Courbevoie and the Line L is the close 'subway'. This was a last minute booking for me and didn't really suit my situation. The place is in the Adagio Access, which in the La Defense, area are know for being 'rough around the edges' and this place was no exception. The bed and single sofa bed are on the mezzanine level, the stairs were quite scary. Steep and wobbly. I think anyone heavier than me (around 85kg) could possibly break the stairs. Shower pressure was low if someone else on the floor was using the water at the same time. The WiFi seemed to act a bit strange at times. Lastly, though not the hosts' fault, on the floor (I think) there was someone chain smoking the whole time I was there and yes it came into the room. I'm highly sensitive to smoke smells and the smoke of course. I wasn't sure who to contact about this issue. This is a problem in hotels in France in general. It's unfortunately not the first time I have experienced this.
