Despite the wonderful location, this has been an extremely disappointing experience

Pleasant, safe and Lively location. Great building entrance.

The apartment made me feel uncomfortable. Old mattress and linen, sofa and cushions in very poor shape. All cheap plastic appliances, no coffee kit,. Old overused bath towels who make you feel like skipping the shower. Clean but the place would benefit to remove the overused stained carpets. Altogether very disappointing experience. I don't understand why reviews say the view from the windows is outstanding sincecthere are nonwindows just vasistas transom windows !

Very good for a comfy stay in Paris

Location close to the subway (line 10), nice restaurants downstairs, very clean, tidy and well equipped flat, easy communication with the owner and simple pick up of keys. Despite being a small flat, we were two adults and two kids and felt well accommodated.

One of the nights, the neighbours were loud until 4 o'clock and the flat's isolation couldn't hold it. Bathroom would be better with a separation (e.g., a curtain) between the shower and the sink area.

Un chouette appartement dans un joli quartier. Je le recommande pour un court séjour à 4.

Appart cosy sous les toits avec vue sur le théâtre, quartier calme et plaisant, restaurants, épiceries. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied. Immeuble avec du charme et très calme. Très bien équipé (linge, torchons, sopalin, huile)

Les appliques murales ne fonctionnent pas (chambre et salon) mais compensé par d'autres lampes. Plusieurs ampoules défectueuses dans la cuisine. Cafetière entartrée et inutilisable. Les ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d'être renouvellés

Było bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Okolica jest spokojna i cicha. W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne. Blisko do metra, które szybko dowiezie cię do centrum miasta. Zameldowanie było bardzo proste i wygodne. Bardzo polecam!

Emplacement bien situé avec des places de stationnement dans la rue ! Très propre et refait à neuf.

Il n’y a rien que nous avons détesté mais attention au lit à l’étage qui est plutôt pour enfant vu la hauteur sous plafond mais j’ai eu peur que les miens passent à travers les mansardes et atterrissent au rez de chaussée (peut être mettre des tasseaux de bois pour décorer et sécuriser cela). Par ailleurs escaliers mobiles pour monter à la mezzanine qui bouchent l’entrée et la sortie de l’appartement : problématique si un jour un incendie se déclare !

Beau et bien agencé

Agencement moderne et bien équipé. Très propre et commun bien entretenu. Communication claire avec le propriétaire. Beaucoup d'espaces de rangement.

Pas possible d'entrer ou sortir de l'appartement avec l'escalier ouvert et il n'est pas possible de le fermer ou d' ouvrir d'en haut. Embêtant si des personnes sont dehors et veulent entrer en décalage. Pour ceux qui font plus de 1,8m, c'est vraiment trop bas (je fais 1,96m).

La decoración, la casa era muy bonita y moderna decorada, en especial, la zona de la sala de estar.

El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, sobre todo los utensilios de cocina, estaban sucios y grasientos.Además, la cama de arriba era un simple colchón en el suelo, por lo que no pudimos descansar bien. También, no había aire acondicionado, había un simple ventilador, por lo que hacía mucho calor. Y por último, la ubicación no era la mejor, y la hora del check-in era excesivamente pronto.

L'emplacement, le calme et la proximité de la station de Métro et les lignes de bus pour aller Porte de Versailles. L'accessibilité à la location (codes et boite à clés). La qualité du logement en général. Les prestations de base et l'équipement.

La chambre n° 2 ne correspond pas du tout aux normes Carrez et ne devrait même pas exister tellement il est nécessaire d'escalader pour y arriver et il est impossible de s'y tenir debout ou même à genoux.....imaginez un couple de sexagénaires ! ! ! c'était notre cas ! l'accès ne se réalise qu'en rampant => profondément décevant . Les photos de cette chambre ne révèlent pas la réalité. un congélateur est présent et non déclaré. En revanche, nous n'avons pas trouvé le micro-onde et le grille-pain faisant partie de l'équipement déclaré sur les annonces. Absences de miroirs autre que salle de bain. Eclairage de la Chambre 1 => nul ! il est urgent de changer les ampoules.

Mobiliário novo e apartamento super limpo.

Por conta do apartamento ser no último andar e acompanhar a arquitetura do prédio, o teto do banheiro acaba sendo um pouco prejudicado. Quem é mais alto, sofre um pouquinho em tomar banho. Tive que tomar banho inclinado ou até sentado na banheiro, mas tirando isso, o apartamento é aconchegante.

Понравилось расположение квартиры под самой крышей. Все магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности.

На всю семью из 4 человек прилагалась лишь пара подушек. Постельное белье с трудом пришлось отыскать под кроватью и оно было влажным. Эта квартира слишком мала для размещения 4 человек! Маленький и неудобный диван, в середине которого были крошки.
