No tiene ascensor (no indica en la descripción pero tampoco te dicen que es la 3a planta, escalera caracol estrecha...)

We stayed here for three nights as a group of four and had a really comfortable time. The apartment is very well equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a kitchen with everything we needed to cook properly. It's a top-floor flat, but with windows on opposite sides it airs out well. We visited during the summer (~32°C day temperatures), but left the flat in the morning and returned at night, so we don't know how the heat would be middays. The neighborhood is lovely: quiet streets with little traffic, beautiful buildings, and plenty of cafés, restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. We'd happily come back.

There are no insect screens on the windows. As the flat is on the top floor, the windows have to stay open for most of the evening in summer to keep the temperature bearable, so you need to be careful about keeping the lights off. We ended up with a lot of bites. Being a top-floor flat, it also has a lot of sloped ceilings. You have to bend down while washing up in the kitchen, and anyone taller than about 1.60 m won't be able to stand upright in the shower.

Perfect stay for a family! We had the best day. There was plenty of space for everybody, with two full bedrooms. It was clean, and in a perfect location two minutes drive from the city center. Loved it all!

Die Lage ist super, schöne sichere Gegend. Restaurants und Bäckereien in der Nähe

Es waren Bauarbeiten am Dach während unseres Aufenthalts, wodurch es nicht nur sehr laut war, sondern auch finster (1 Fenster völlig verdeckt). Diese Arbeiten sind schon seit Monaten in Gange, dennoch hat uns der Vermieter nicht bescheid gegeben. Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung funktionierte kaum, der Ventilator im Bad war ekelhaft und wir wurden von extrem vielen Gelsen geplagt. Die Wohnung ist nicht für große Personen geeignet und nicht bei 30°C.
