A homely stay in the outskirts of the city that's perfect for a relaxed city break

Great accommodation, full kitchen and washer, comfortable living space that makes you feel quite at home! It is close to several forms of transport for getting into the city that didn't leave us stuck at any point day or night. The area is lovely, several bakeries and restaurants as well as a few grocery shops. getting the keys was simple and checkout was straight-forward, highly recommend!

Acceptable

The host was warm and welcoming, and there's a boulangerie right beneath the room—so you'll be able to get fresh pastries all day long. Close to a bus station 169 (after 4 stations you get to Tram and Metro) and close to location is also RER station ( which was closed). Close to some pastry and restaurants and one pharmacy.

The rooms had a distinct old-building scent at first, but it fades once you air them out. Sleeping with the windows open isn’t ideal due to traffic noise from both the front and back—from the main street in front and especially early in the morning from the pastry workers and when intense aroma of fresh pastries (lovely, but not so much at 4 or 5 AM) comes into the room. The bathroom is quite compact, though manageable once you settle in.

nice apartment but lacking some badic items

bakery next door restaurant across the street grocery store a ten minute walk bus station within five minute walk that leads to metro spacious

no a/c but two fans were provided as suggestion, would provide basics in the kitchen, like salt & pepper, cooking oil just as a statt up for guest. also, thete should be enough toilet paper to last the guest's stay. shower area and toilet area are a tight fit. also, toilet is in a room separate (across entryway) from small room that has shower & sink.

L appartement est spacieux et bien situé ( 2 minutes à pied du train pour aller dans le centre de Paris)

La salle de bain est toute petite et pas pratique mais on s en accommode pour un court séjour.

L’emplacement et l’endroit est calme

Le canapé lit grince énormément et il y avait une odeur de tabac froid dans l’appartement. Je me suis aperçu après qu’il y avait un pot rempli de mégots sur le rebord de la fenêtre de la cuisine, donc je suppose que ce sont les locataires d’avant qui ont dû fumé

Очаровательная квартира в ближайшем пригороде Парижа. Здание не новое, но в хорошем состоянии. Если хотите понять, как жили в этом районе лет сто назад, то у вас есть все шансы это сделать. Расположение апартаментов практически идеальное. В трёх минутах ходьбы станция железной дороги, до вокзала Монпарнас минут пятнадцать езды, до Версаля примерно столько же. Также неплохо ходят автобусы. Внизу булочная, напротив великолепный ресторан, рядом также продовольственный магазин(на звание супермаркета, впрочем, не тянет). Квартира оснащена необходимой бытовой техникой. Салон достаточно просторный и светлый. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Соотношение цены и качества просто идеальное, так что если не хотите переплачивать за жильё именно в Париже, то очень рекомендую эти апартаменты.

У квартиры почтенного возраста есть и связанные с этим недостатки. Санузел раздельный, причём душевая просто крохотная, дверь в неё на замок закрыть невозможно. Полы скрипят. Думаю, что если бы квартиру купили для постоянного проживания, то первым делом сделали капитальный ремонт. Было всего два полотенца для тела, никаких полотенец для рук и лица. Не предусмотрены также гель для душа и шампунь. Не убраны забытые мелкие вещи предыдущих жильцов(бритва, остатки лечебных шампуней).

Appartamento spazioso, a parte il bagno, in posizione comoda ai mezzi per raggiungere il centro di Parigi e con diversi negozi sotto casa.

La pulizia sicuramente da rivedere (in particolare di lenzuola e specchi). Bagno veramente minuscolo.
