It was ok.

The property is conveniently located close to metro station and was quite spacious for the price paid. I had a separate bedroom and bathroom. Barthroom was fully renovated. Living area was a bit run down.

Staircase is very narrow and may be dangerous for older people or people with reduced mobility. There is no elevator. Apartment is poorly isolated and in case there is noice on the street or adjacent apartments everything is audible.

Comfortable stay and very helpful host

Host was very helpful and good communicator. Key setup to gain access worked very well.

No one’s fault but steep stairs to go up 3 floors of stairs. With 3 suitcases it required to leave one of two bags unattended while running each suitcase up. Future stay would try for a main floor room if they hace.

Overall a nice apartment, though it needs some cleaning and repair.

Good set of amenities, smooth checkin and checkout.

At the current state the flat requires some fixes. Some hangers are broken, the toilet door is missing a cap for the key lock, there are dirt stains on the walls and the window sill.

1.) Shoddy bed, mattress and sheets. The extra comforter had a little blood stain. 2.) Checkout is early at 10am. When asked to stay till 12, was declined for the reason that their new cleaning person is ready on their way. 3.) Outdated sofa and bed. Felt a little uncomfortable. 4.) Some deep cleaning needed. You could tell quick cleaning was done in primary places but if you look behind and under tv for example it’s dusty. Fridge handle gunky. 5.) Coffee pods ran out. Only enough given corresponding to the nights you stay.

The location of the apartment was close to the event's location we attended but far (45 minutes by metro) from the Paris's city center; clean.

the presentation of the apartment is misleading, it should contain not only what facilities are, but mainly what you don't have, e.g. soap, shampoo, enough toilet paper, washing powder for the washing machine, no-one will clean or change the towels during your stay , no air conditioning , the apartment is located above the restaurant and is noisy in the evening ( from restaurant customers) and on mornings from restaurant suppliers, you are responsible for the selection and disposal of the garbage, all communication with the administrators are online and if you do not manage ( e.g. to open the TV set) that is it, and so on... and all those for Eur 230 per day

Overall it was adequate and as I was working for most of the time it was fine but not for a holiday

Location in relation to where I was working, having an oven and a washing machine for a three week stay and a very short walk to the nerest supermarket. Shower was big and good.

I had a 20 night stay but was not offered additional (eg weekly) cleaning or topping up of materials such as loo roll, coffee pods, bedding or towels that would be routinely changed with new visitors staying for fewer nights. Small details like a shelf for toiletries in the shower would have been good. The loo smelt of drains which other reveiwers had noted. Crockery, cutlery and pots/pans were not very clean so I had to wash everything at the start of my stay. As good as it was to have a washing machine, it would have been useful to have a clothes rail for laundry. Instead my laundry was dried using coat hangers, back of chairs etc

Don't book during summer months!

the location is decent - about 15 minutes from the metro and 15 minutes from shops --- this is a residential area.

The apartment is on the top floor. There is no elevator and a super narrow staircase so it's very tough if you have suitcases. This was June in Paris, which meant - hot weather and the apartment was sooooo hot, it was unbearable. No air at all! Be mindful not to stay there during the summer months if you are used to A/C. You won't be able to breathe. I had to get a hotel room - I felt so sick from the heat - it was 100 degrees.

Studio très chaud à partir de 10 heures

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation. Appartement très chaud et petit rideau opaque du côté du salon. Chambre et salle de douche avec vis-à-vis. Donc pas possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres sauf pour quelques minutes. Il avait 2 ventilateurs mais qui brassaient de l'air chaud. Le couloir et entrée de l'immeuble très sale.

Emplacement en centre ville et proche de Paris pour s'y rendre Lit et canapé-lit confortables

Un sac poubelle était sur le palier à l'arrivée et est resté 2 jours ainsi que du linge posé sur la petite barrière. La fenêtre du balcon était dégoûtante et ne donnait pas très envie de la laisser ouverte (crotte de pigeons + odeur). (photo) Les 2 ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisants pour raffraîchir les pièces. Nous étions 3 personnes mais nous n'avions que 2 serviettes. Il y avait du linge sale dans la machine à laver. Pas de séchoir pour étendre le linge. Pas de piles dans la télécommande pour la Télévision. Il était noté un micro-ondes sur la liste, mais il n'existe pas........ et trop chaud à l'intérieur pour utiliser le four. De la vaisselle était même mal nettoyée et rangée ainsi. Les 2 jeunes filles locataires de l'appart 302 ont fait du tapage nocturne jusqu'4h30 du matin donc impossible de dormir : musique à fond avec leur porte ouverte en train de danser et chanter sur le palier..... à 2h30 du matin j'ai dû sortir pour leur demander de faire moins de bruit Je pense qu'il y a quelques améliorations à faire !

Studio prestige,on s attend à un minimum « prestige ».Hors,déjà les instructions pour la réception des clefs..pas reçue en temps et en heure alors que mon heure d arrivée était renseignée.Nous avons trouvé le logement joli mais pas propre …canapé taché,miroir taché,vitre pas propre,joint de douche arraché et très sale ,cheveux sur les parois de douche ,gobelet (à dents) sale ,meuble de salle de bain qui est arraché sur le côté ,la vaisselle sale,abîmé et pas adapte,les mugs pour faire un café …sont tellement grands qu on ne peut se faire un café ! Chaise trouée et pas qu un peu…la table tachée également.Bref trop de détails qui ne vont pas ….je ne reviens pas la bas. Et le ponpon !!!!!Partie commune très sale …préservatif usagé qui traîne dans les escaliers.Bref écœurée de ce logement j aurais dû passer par un hôtel surtout à ce tarif .

Super séjour

Appartement très agréable, propre calme, bien placé et bien équipé ! Tout est fait pour que l on s y sente bien . Les consignes pour récupérer les clés à l arrivée sont claires. J ai vraiment passé un super séjour ! De plus Johanna est une hôte très gentille et qui répond très vite aux questions. Je recommande vivement et c est sur, j y reviendrai!! 😊

Chère , pour un Studio

Gros souci de communication avec l’une des personnes de l’agence qui se contredit au téléphone. En fait je pense qu’on devient une habitué cela est dérangeant, c’est assez dommage car j’étais partante pour un très long séjour moi qui vit à Boulogne avec le travail. En plus de ça je suis pas drôle car malgré ce que je paye je demande à ce que le ménage ne soit pas fait pour que quand je prolonge, je le fasse moi-même qui est tout à fait normal, et, au lieu de ça, cela fait plein de manières et se contredit au niveau des tarifs, alors que je suis une personne assez réglo, ça serait bien que ça aille dans les deux sens dommage de perdre une cliente pour une histoire de communication assez frustrant
