So spacious, clean, newly renovated, has everything you need. I can't wait to return.

Book this apartment right away! It was amazing. So spacious, has all the facilities you need. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathroom is big and newly renovated. The apartment is about 20m from the Metro Stop- wow- so convenient. I cant wait to return- great find. The beds are so comfortable!

Would not stay here again

It was well positioned to go to the stadium and very close to the subway station.

The furniture was old and damaged. The apartment has a dishwasher but no detergent or capsules are provided. Not even for handwashing the dishes. The cleaning people took the wine and beer we left in the fridge. It's very hard to reach the property management by phone. They obly responded once during our stay and I failed to contact them 2 other times even though I called the number they gave us, during the day. One of the bedrooms has no wardrobe or any other storage place.

Health Hazard, Zero Support, and a Host Who Doesn’t Care

Location is the only positive aspect of this accommodation.

This property should not be listed on Booking.com. The apartment we received was completely different from the photos and in disgusting, unsafe, and unhygienic condition. The bedding and towels were stained and had hair on them. The carpets, sofa, and cushions had huge filthy stains and looked like they had never been cleaned. The kettle was burnt inside and smelled absolutely nauseating, and the kitchen appliances were so damaged and scraped that they were completely unsafe to cook with. Even the chairs were stained, and the entire place had a strong unpleasant odor. We were traveling with a 13-year-old child, and it was simply dangerous for us to stay there. We checked out immediately and filed a complaint with Booking.com. What makes this even worse is that the host has been ignoring Booking.com for over 10 days. Booking has tried repeatedly to contact them, and the property provides no help, no responsibility, and not even a basic level of empathy toward guests. It’s clear the only priority here is taking people’s money, while customers are treated as nothing more than a commodity. Because of this negligence, we were forced to find a new place to stay during our vacation, paying twice the price at the last minute just to have a clean and safe accommodation. The level of stress and disruption this caused was outrageous. If you book this property, you should expect an apartment that in no way resembles the photos, zero support when something goes wrong, and a high chance of ruining your holiday and paying a lot more to fix their failures. Avoid this property at all costs.

It was not worth the money.

Location of the apartment was good. It was 2mins walk from a metronstation and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

Apartment was not ready for us when we arrived at 4pm. It was still being cleaned, and the Apartment didn't feel that clean.

La posizione vicino alla Metro.

Scappate! Casa che dire sporca è un complimento. Contatto subito la struttura tramite la chat di booking, tramite il numero che mi avevano dato e anche tramite mail. Mi risponde un concierge indicandomi il numero dell'host. Questa persona non ha mai risposto. Chiamo booking ma nemmeno a loro rispondono. Persona scorretta, immorale e bugiarda. Mi dice dopo giorni che gli scrivevo, che non può fare nulla perché non ha ricevuto nulla. Ho tutte le chat e gli screen a dimostrazione ma quando hai a che fare con truffatori, non servono a niente. Appartamento sporco, lenzuola, asciugamani, sedie, divano, tappeto... tutto. Le foto che allego non rendono esattamente perché la fotocamera sbianca l'immagine, ma assicuro che le macchie erano marcate e facevano schifo. Casa per metà con riscaldamento spento....insomma un disastro. Da evitare. Allego foto ma purtroppo ne posso inserire solo 4. Spero che nessuno incappi in questa situazione perché perderebbe soltanto soldi. Spero che booking prenda provvedimenti.

Nous étions ravis de notre choix de location!

L’emplacement est idéal, au pied des transports en commun, juste au-dessus d’une brasserie qui sert d’excellents petits- déjeuners (et l’isolation des fenêtres est parfaite). L’appartement est spacieux, les lits très confortables.

Il ne manque que quelques accessoires, tels que des lampes de chevet. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain, ce qui lorsqu’on est en groupe n’est pas des plus pratiques. Mais la salle de bain est spacieuse et confortable, bien chauffée.

Tesis aşırı pisti. Yerler, havlular hep saçlıydı. 3 gün konaklama ve 7 kişi için sadece 6 tane küçük şampuan+duş jeli şişesi verdiler. Yetmediğini söyleyince terslediler. Sıvı sabun yoktu. Katı sabun yine kişi sayısından azdı. Bulaşık makinası vardı ama deterjan yoktu. Elde yıkamak için deterjan da yoktu, istedim yine getirmediler. 4te check in 4.30da eksikleri paylaştım 1 gün sonra getiririz dediler yine de getirmediler. Tavalar o kadar kanserojen ki fotoğraf ekliyorum, evde bir şey pişiririm diye düşünmeyin, kanser olursunuz. 3 adet yatak var 7. yatak yapılmamıştı.

Apartamento sucio y muy poco cuidado

Estaba sucio, camas sin hacer y faltaban fundas , calderos y sartenes quemadas, faltaba menaje, enchufes no funcionaban y no se podía ver la TV en la habitación, calefacción apagada, persianas rotas y la ducha también, nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros y además varios días hubo ruidos de vecinos en la madrugada

Lage gut, Umgebung und Nachbarn etwas laut

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine Metrostation, Bäckerei, Lokale... Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Man erhält 24h vorher einen Code für die Türe und für die Schlüsselbox. Gut zu wissen ist auch, dass sich unterhalb der Wohnung 2 Lokale befinden. Dementsprechend laut ist es bis lange in die Nacht hinein. Man hört zeitig in der Früh das Stühleschieben der Nachbarn, die einen Stock oberhalb wohnen. Also wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird sich schwer tun.

Was mich generell gestört hat, ist dass ich 3x der Unterkunft geschrieben, da ich eine Frage hatte, und ich bekam nie eine Antwort. Also ein wenig unpersönlich. Weiters waren wir 6 Personen - 3 Nächte. Und es gab nur 2 Rollen Toilettpapier, 1 großen Müllsack und keine Tabs für den Geschirrspüler. Ich finde, hier könnte die Ausstattung für diesen Preis besser sein

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten und belebten Lage, in der Nähe der U-Bahn (wie fast überall in Paris), von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Unter einer „24-Stunden-Rezeption“ verstehen wir eine Rezeption vor Ort – nicht lediglich einen Chat-Service über WhatsApp oder Booking.com mit Antwortzeiten von über 12 Stunden. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Bei anderen Anbietern werden für die Aufenthaltsdauer zusätzlich Waschmittel und Spülmaschinentabs bereitgestellt – hier leider nicht. Informationen zur Alarmanlage fehlen leider.

Comfortabel, goede ligging, wel net boven café/brasserie.

Dicht bij de metro. We konden vroeger inchecken, dat was leuk.

Er was geen toiletpapier. Het appartement was boven een café en er was dus zeer veel lawaai tot laat in de nacht. Gelukkig hadden we oorstopjes mee, anders vrees ik dat we geen goede nachtrust hadden gehad.

Agradable estancia en París.

Piso con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda y agradable en París. Buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, con una parada de metro a escasos metros y a 15 minutos de Trocadero, con múltiples conexiones. Las tres habitaciones eran suficientemente grandes y confortables. La cocina, pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario. Igual que en las fotos.
