sehr gute Lage, einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch, schöne große Schlafzimmer.

Küche und Wohnzimmer befinden sich im Keller und daher kaum W-Lan Verbindung dort, im Kellerbad sind die Fließen am Fußboden teilweise kaputt und daher sollte man dort nicht barfuß laufen, nicht geeignet für Menschen über 1,95 m, die Decken im unteren Bereich sind zu niedrig.

De locatie en het appartement zelf, erg groot!

Het appartement is een groot deel een souterrain dus onder de grond. De trap naar beneden is niet geschikt voor minder valide.

The location is very ok. 3 minutes by walk to Eiffel Tower. The apartment is large, with a big dining zone, 3 bedrooms and 2 livings. The apartment has 2 floors, the basement and the 0 floor.

- The entrance is right from the street and goes into a steep staircase in -1 floor! - The smell!!! The smell in the apartment is absolutely awful. A combination of dampness and mold! There is no possibility to open any the windows on the basement. There are 2-3 tiny windows, and only one is possible to open, we could open the windows only on the 0 floor, but!!! - Right in front of the entrance door, is the place of collection of the garbage ( it is a municipality thing so it is nothing to do with that). So when we tried to open the windows on the 0 floor, we had the garbage smell. I could not wash out this smell from my clothes, things, hair for days!
