Magnificent and spacious four bedroom apartment with a vast reception, fully equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer . Close to main metro stations (line 1, line 6, RERA ... two minutes walk) with connections and access to all parts of Paris as well as the banlieu. Easy transport to airports, train stations and coach stations that connects to all Europe. Close to all tourist destinations, 3 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe, 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 mins by metro directly to the Louvre. Quick access to autolib stations where you can rent electrical cars, velib stations where you can rent bicycles. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, patisseries (famous French bakeries ) and pharmacies seconds away from the building . Very secure and lively area. Third floor with elevator. View of the arc de Truimph from the living room window.

Will stay here every visit to Paris. Everything we needed to know and constant communication with host made this trip our best ever to Paris. The location is ideal and the apartment immediately makes you feel at home. Very spacious, clean, safe, quiet and comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The owner was very communicative. There were plenty of products and a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for family gatherings. The "air conditioning" wasn't the central system we expected and took us awhile to figure out. Since we managed to be in Paris during a heat wave, the room units weren't really up to the job.The location was great for us: easy walks to public transportation, a grocery store, restaurants, and GREAT bakery just outside the front door.

Maissa is a wonderful host. She answered all of my communication quickly before and during our visit. We were a group of 7 arriving at different times and she accommodated the first arrival at 9am after a red eye flight. The apartment is spacious, we never felt crowed and in a wonderful neighborhood.

Great location in central Paris blocks from the Arc. Metro station a block away and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Large, comfortable apartment with all the amenities needed for a short or long visit to Paris. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Our group had grandparents, daughters and teenaged grandchildren who were seeing Paris for the first time. This could not have suited our needs better. All aspects from ease of check-in to individual comfort were 5 stars excellent quality. It's a lucky visitor who finds this place.

Overall a decent place. for us, the location wasn't great. others might like it more but it was too far from what we wanted to see. The place is very large for Paris with plenty of room. It needs an update as the couches had stains and while it had been cleaned, it just needed a few new items like furniture and carpets. The decor was cluttered and dustry

This VRBO listing was everything it advertised and more. We are not experienced travelers and this was the easiest process to go through. Communicating with the host was super easy and she was so helpful! We loved our stay and the location we were in making Paris even more enjoyable for our family.

The pictures of this apartment don't do it justice! It is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything anyone would need! There were only 3 of us, so we had a lot of extra bedrooms! The bedrooms were comfortable and large, and the closets were large with lots of hangers!! Also, there were many bureaus to store your clothes. Living room was well appointed, comfortable and bright. The kitchen was fit for a gourmet cook - high end appliances, lots of dishes and pots and pans, silverware, great knives, etc. There was a good amount of coffee pods (that we replaced!!). You won't want for anything! Having a washer and dryer was a big plus for us. There is plenty of soap, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, etc. Every room has outlets for charging all of your electronics. And there are some converters and USB ports available, too. The water pressure and availability of hot water was EXCELLENT! The little elevator was a God-send for moving our luggage. There are steps to maneuver from the elevator to the apartment, but they are wide and well carpeted. The building is very secure and we felt safe at all times. The location is great for food, shopping, access to UBER, etc. Maissa is an outstanding host. Although we did not meet her, she was always available for any questions we had. We would DEFINITELY return to this apartment were we to return to Paris. It is really a gem!

This is a lovely apartment located in a fantastic area of Paris. It was close to or easy transportation to many sights on our want to see list including the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, and the Sacre-Coeur basilica. Four bedrooms for seven people was perfect. The host, Maissa, was very easy to contact and extremely helpful with our questions. A quiet place with great security. We highly recommend you choose this apartment for your stay in Paris!

This is a perfectly located home with four large bedrooms and 1 full bath plus 1 water closet and 1 single shower with sink bathroom. Large living room perfect for family gatherings. Small but well stocked kitchen. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Hair dryer, towels and linens. Hostess was so easy to communicate with prior and during stay. We would love to come back again. Merci!!!!

My family had a great stay. The amenities were abundant and thoughtful. The location was a short 10-15 minute walk to the champs elysee and arc de triomphe. There were several restaurants and cafes adjacent to the building or a short walk away. The host was attentive and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again. This is an amazing find in the heart of Paris-- there was plenty of space, it was close to the metro and bus station, and the hosts were very responsive. The building is old and the elevator is small, so expect to go up one or two at a time, if you are a group that really needs to use it, but everything worked and it met our needs for the trip. I would highly recommend!

When I retired at the end of 2021, I decided to treat myself with a trip to Paris. I met up at the apartment with 3 college friends and my partner. May I say what a delight the stay was. The accommodations were perfect even for a group of our size. It wasn't easy to find a place with four bedrooms. It has easy access to restaurants and night life. A stop for metro line 1 is just a short walk down the street And I know some of the reviews talk about noise but we didn't find it to be a problem at all. I very seldom take the time to review things so when I give it five stars across the board and rave about how great it was, you can trust me. I would return in a heartbeat to stay again!

The location was just great; two easy-to-access metro lines to downtown. The apartment was spacious and clean, though the hand sanitizer at the entrace was empty. The only drawback was that the access to the apt. was difficult, and we were not told about the fob process, and almost got locked out. The directions for the various appliances like coffee-maker, TV, and air coolers were not readily available. I would suggest writing out each of the instructions and put them right next to the appliances so that their operation is evident. Finally, I think the plumbing needs attention. Toilets needed to be flushed multiple times. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to others, with the above provisos attended to.

Maissa is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and attentive. I had a non-related problem and she helped me and resolved the situation. She also made many recommendations. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. The apartment is large and roomy. Our family of 4 all had our own bedroom and the bathrooms were great. Beds comfortable, a large kitchen well stocked with even spices, oils, coffee and tea. Laundry room. Towels large and thick. Nice elevator building close to 2 metro stops and many amenities, such as patisseries, markets, pharmacies, near the Arc d’ Triump, lots of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for more. There is street noise but it never bothered us because we slept well and Louvered shutters helped. I loved the little balcony (each bedroom had one) so I could step out and feel the weather before we went out each day.

My wife and I come to Paris often. This trip or kids and her Parents came with us. Amazing hosts and the apartment is excellent. Amazing communication with the hosts. Excellent services near the apartment. Great location to the Metro and easy access to many great location. We could not have asked for a better stay. We will definitely stay with them again I really can’t say enough good. Ape tent is beautiful and the pictures do not due it justice.

Great location and clean, large apartment. An information manual is definitely needed with instructions for w/d, stove, coffee machine, portable A/C units. We managed to get most of the items to work with some effort. Bakery across the street was a real plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We liked the building and location and traffic noise did not bother us but be aware if noise is an issue for you. Convenient for store and post office was across the street. A manual would have made this five stars.

This Paris apartment was conveniently located close to the metro station, cafes, restaurants and Paris attractions (very close to the Arc de Triomphe). The check-in/check-out process was very easy with well-written instructions. We primarily relied on Ubers for transportation and had no issues with them finding the apartment. We really enjoyed our first visit to Paris and are happy we stayed at this apartment with a very helpful host.

The flat was wonderful and such a great location. We really enjoyed our stay there. The views were incredible. Just down the street from the Arc de Triumph. Such an easy process. We were a group of 6 and we all fit with no problem. Kitchen was great and close to a supermarket. The neighborhood was everything one could want Maissa was wonderful. The check in process was easy and she kept checking on us. The only issue we had was the dryers didn’t seem to work properly. But that was resolved quickly. I highly recommend staying here

This is such an amazing property! The location is great - about a 5-10 min walk to the Arc de Triumph. There are 4 bedrooms , beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Very well equipped! I took my elderly parents and they easily were able to access with no issues. There is an elevator on site as well. Great communication from the Host. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a great apartment and owner was a pleasure to work with. Everything is well represented. It is very close to both metro stop and RER train stop. Neighborhood has great bakery, brasserie, and numerous wonderful ethnic restaurants. We would definitely stay again. However you need to be aware this is a busy area and the traffic noise is significant, typical of large city locations.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment had a homely feeling and everything we needed for 2 families. It was located close to the metro Argentine. Also a great baker, boucher and Italian take away were just around the corner. The only thing I would recommend for light sleepers is to bring earplugs because there is a lot of traffic in the street. We highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
