We were 2 families of 4 and the apartment fit us perfectly. 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathroom. Big kitchen and living room. The apartment is super well connected to the centre, with the metro station only a couple of minutes walk away.
We could have used a chopping block and a bigger knife or 2 in the kitchen, but not really a deal breaker. We were there during the summer so we had to open the windows and it can get lowd outside after 9 AM (but to be expected in this part of town).

Excellent for bigger families, excellent transport links for Paris sightseeing, clean & modern flat with very thoughtful details and comprehensive amenities. Communication before and during stay was also very good (comprehensive and responsive).
Although the kitchen is already well equipped, it would be good to have a few additional items like extra cutlery & plates, a peeler as well as a large salad bowls.
