Amazing flat for larger family to explore Paris

Excellent for bigger families, excellent transport links for Paris sightseeing, clean & modern flat with very thoughtful details and comprehensive amenities. Communication before and during stay was also very good (comprehensive and responsive).

Although the kitchen is already well equipped, it would be good to have a few additional items like extra cutlery & plates, a peeler as well as a large salad bowls.

Disappointing with customer service

Location was good and area was safe

Disappointing Check-In Experience and Poor Customer Service We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay at this apartment in Paris. The check-in process was extremely poorly managed—they provided us with the wrong access code, leaving our group of three families, including young children, stranded outside the apartment for 3–4 hours late at night with all our luggage. There was no effective communication from the host. Our repeated calls and messages via WhatsApp went unanswered, and even Booking.com was unable to get in touch with them. This lack of responsiveness caused a lot of stress and frustration. Additionally, despite visiting in the summer, the apartment did not have fans in all the rooms, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall, the customer service was extremely lacking, and we would not recommend this place based on our experience.

the place was cozy, felt like home, away from home, the apartment had two toilets which was condusive for us as a team, it was very easy to access and proximate, the customer service was impeccable. i loved my stay.

Do not book with this property they lied on the ad

Nothing at all !!

Where do I start first of all the owner is false advertising his property we booked it under the assumption it was 3 bathrooms but in fact it only had 1 bathroom and 1 en-suite with ONLY 1 toilet to use amongst all of us we have tried to be compensated by the owner and booking .com nothing bad customer service and the owner has now changed his ad so do not book it’s false information will never use booking.com as they don’t care about customers complaints
