Sublime Paris apartment 3Br-10P

The location is sublime, a beautiful area. The apartment is also very nice, clean, good amenities and in a very nice building. There was a lot of construction going on while we were there, so that made it a little less desirable. We had to wait until 5:00 to check in as they were painting the stairs. We were able to get our suitcases in early while the very nice cleaning lady was there. It was also in a heatwave and there is no air conditioning, so we asked for some fans (1 bedroom doesn't even have a window) The fans were delivered the next day in new boxes, the problem was we had no screwdrivers and so had to improvise to put them together in sweltering heat.

No matter how hard we tried, we could not get connected to the tv. They did come by on the 3rd day to try and fix that, but to no avail. All we wanted was to watch some of the tennis in the evening. Also we used both sofa beds. One had the wires on the frame sticking out so we had to put that mattress on the floor to sleep.

We absolutely loved the location. It had everything we needed within a few minutes of walking (access to Metro, grocery, pizzeria, boulangerie, bucherie, pharmacy etc). The apartment itself was very roomy with enough sleeping space. The host was very responsive and very helpful.

We found washrooms to be a bit tricky. There's only one full washroom, the other two toilettes were either just the toilet, or sink+shower (no toilet) but it was manageable.

Spacious and good location near Metro

No aircon and the fan given was very tiny. For a spacious apartment with 11 people and only small fan is not enough. There was construction next door and the banging starts 6-7am, ridiculous. The host did not mention that in their listing or at-least allow for discounts during those inconvenient days.
