Our apartment is located on the immediate doorstep of Paris, in a pleasant, practical and sought-after area. The environment is both quiet and dynamic, ideal for discovering Paris while enjoying a more peaceful setting than the hyper-center.

A few minutes walk away, you will find many local shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets, making your daily life easier. The district is also close to La Défense, Europe's leading business district, with its shopping centers, restaurants and cultural spaces.

Whether you are on a tourist or business trip, the location is ideal: you can enjoy the immediate proximity of Paris while staying in a comfortable and well-connected residential area. The banks of the Seine, the green spaces and the surrounding pedestrian areas offer great opportunities for walks.

Other remarks
- CHECK IN:
Check-in is done with a reception agent who will be happy to welcome you and introduce you to the apartment.
You can leave your luggage before time Official check-in time, from 11:00 am, subject to availability.

For late arrivals:
- Between 20:00 and 22:00, an extra charge will be requested via the platform.
- Between 22:00 and 00:00, an amount of €30 will be requested via the platform.
- After midnight, a supplement of €10 per hour will be applied.

Included services:
- Bed linen and towels provided for optimal comfort.
- Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to
guarantee you a clean and welcoming space.

Other services not included:
- We can provide you with a cot and a high chair on request (72 hours in advance and an extra charge of 15€ will be applied for the cot.)
- An additional cleaning service can be arranged during your stay if necessary.
- A transfer from/to the airport is possible on request, to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 with a reception agent. If check-in is after 20:00, an extra charge of €20 will be charged on arrival, and this surcharge will increase to 30€ from 22:00.
- You will be charged an extra charge of 50€ if you leave the apartment after the allowed time.
- Dogs are allowed, but an additional charge of 30€ per dog applies.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or leave cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of 150€ to 300€ will be required.
- If you need an extra key, an extra charge of 20€ will be required. A deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key.
- In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from 100€ to 500€, depending on the type of key.
- Having a dog is 30 euro per dog
- If you want a cot or a high chair will be on request before 72H, with an extra charge of 15 Euro.
- We ask you to respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged.
