Geen WC-spons of schoonmaakmiddel. De douche was verstop en er was geen instrument om te ontstoppen.

De locatie is goed, alles is schoon en netjes. De parkeergarage erbij is ideaal.

It was clean.

1 Nothing in the apartment to make it feel comfortable. No corkscrew. No condiments, no t-towels. Normally they leave one or two dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, or ever a welcome pack. Absolutely nothing there apart from kitchen roll and a few toilet rolls. Utensils ( knives and forks) cheap and bending. 2. States parking but I had to pay €100 to park for the week. 3. Had a 15 minute walk to the metro ( cancelled appt was 5 minutes). I had researched difference because I have a bad hip. Ended up having to pay Ubers. 4. Washing machine broken, although they did get the cleaning lady to wash one load for us and bring back to be hung up which was a good alternative . 5. No instructions in the flat as to where the bins were, or even a spare black sack. No recycling bins or instructions where to find the local bin. 6. No leaflets or instructions of local surroundings transport or shops. 7. Showers all had black bits coming out of shower heads . Had to flush them all before use. 8. Fridge door handle came off in the first day. Needed Allen key or screw driver to put back on. Did not have one so had to leave it. 9. Told not to open windows as lots of micro mosquitoes. We were there in extreme heat and only 2 of the 3 fans worked. 10. Beds were single beds pushed together and kept coming apart. 11. Chairs at dining table, one was broken and were cheap garden chairs ( I have the same in my garden) Basically apartment supposed to be luxurious in expensive areas. All utensils and furniture were cheap. Nothing was really comfortable. Nothing to welcome you and no pictures on the walls to make it look nice. No instructions , no washing machine. No parking. Very very disappointing.
