6 night stay over New Year

Modern; nice neighbourhood; secure; 6 min walk to metro; 3 good sized bedrooms separate toilet from one of the bathrooms; supermarkets and numerous restaurants 2 min walk; extremely responsive and flexible host who helped a lot when our plans needed alterations. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend noting not easy to get quality 3 bedroom accommodation in Paris.

Just note that you will need to carry luggage half a flight of stairs to access elevator.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is well located, not far from a metro station on line 3 which gives access to many sites in Paris.

Great location, lovely property, clear instructions for getting in. Well equipped and plenty of space for the five of us.

Worried that host was uncontactable the day we arrived. Instructions were clear and everything turned out to be absolutely fine, but was just a little worrying as we were arrival fairly late at night, that had there been a problem, host was unavailable. But just a small thing in an otherwise lovely stay, wish we'd have been able to stay longer.

Owner was very attentive and proactively arranged for us to check in as soon as the apartment was ready. The apartment was very clean and it had all the amenities that we need. It is also in a good location with lots of shops nearby. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Liked the quiet location and building. Pretty area. Nice walk to the Louis Vuitton Foundation. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the welcome drink and chocolates. Ariel was extremely helpful with any queries and was flexible.

Amazing stay in a luxurious apartment with excellent transport connections

Luxurious apartment in a lovely area of the city perfect for our family of five. Individually controlled AC in all three bedrooms and the living area which made our stay very comfortable in the warm weather. Metro station within an easy 7 minutes walk. Bus within 1 minute. Great supermarket and bakery in 200 metres. Ariel was an excellent host providing detailed information in advance and during our stay. Lovely restaurants in the area which we availed of after a long day in the city.

Beautiful spacious bright clean well-equipped apartment with air conditioning and small balcony. Some stairs to lift and good security. Super comfy beds. Loved the touch of wine and chocolates on arrival. Great area with local shops and restaurants. Host kept in contact from beginning to end. Bus stop at entrance. Short walk to metro. Fabulous stay.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, well-located apartment with an amazing host!

If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! The apartment was absolutely magnificent – everything was new, the facilities and conditions were excellent, and the location was perfect. The host was exceptional, very kind and always available. He even left us thoughtful gifts upon arrival. We truly felt at home.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.
