The large rooms.
Did not look anything like the pictures. Paid way over what it’s worth. Over 1000s of flies all over, had a smell in the down stairs bathroom which we couldn’t use. Furniture is stained (see images) Inside door handle is broken, which left me worried thinking someone may be able to break in. (Told the host about the broken handle but nothing was done). Furniture is also broken, worried when opening draws because they fall apart. Majority of the furniture needs a good wash. The Apartment is In between two restaurants (maybe that’s why it has flies and the smell) no air conditioning, the apartment got very hot, no natural light because you are in between the kitchen side of two restaurants. 😞

Facilité d'accès à 5mn d'un métro. Commerces et restaurants dès la sortie du logement. Parc agréable en face du logement. Situation proche du parc des expositions porte de Versailles. Bel espace de vie. Décoration agréable et moderne. Chambres spacieuses. Calme relatif.
Trop de dégradations constatées à ce prix de location. 1 sommier de lit cassé. Système d'ouverture des fenêtres du séjour endommagé, non fonctionnel. Supports radiateurs séjour arrachés du mur. Support barre de rideaux séjour plié. Une blatte courant sur le plan de travail cuisine. Absence sèche cheveux. La nuit, bruit et éclairages du patio/arrière restaurant/passage autres résidents, qui viennent perturber notre tranquilité. Le logement a été récupéré après le passage d'une tribu de porcs, qui on laissé leurs détritus, vaissaille sale, serviettes, etc, sur les tables et sur le sol. Sans compter la crasse. La dame de ménage, malgré ses heures supplémetaires (qui a terminé 30mn après notre arrivée) n'a pu remettre le logement totalement à niveau. Nous avons du nettoyer certaines pièces. Au regard du tarif, c'est innacceptable !

سيء لأبعد الحدود اللي يشفع له سعره الخدمة كانت ذاتيه مافي أي أحد يستقبلك والاطلاله الله يكرمكم على زبايل وعند باب الشقه على طول طبخ وريحه سيئه لا انصح فيه والمكان كان شبه مخيف
