My stay at Demontescal Résidence was truly pleasant. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The price was very reasonable, especially considering its excellent location — right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, a great balance between comfort, service, and value. I would definitely recommend it and consider staying here again.

スタッフ？と思われる女性の方が、親切だった。
ロケーションが良かった。
モントパルナス駅から徒歩10分ほど。
メトロやバスなどの公共手段も使用可能。
近所に大きなモノプリがあり、夜11：00くらいまで空いているので大変便利。
クーラーもついており、部屋も綺麗。
全体的にコンパクトだが寝室は2つ、
クイーンとキング？みたいなサイズのベットがそれぞれ一部屋づつにあり、リビングダイニングにあるソファもベットになるので
大人数でも泊まれる。
綺麗なはずのバスタオルにちょくちょく髪の毛が挟まってた。
禁煙の部屋なはずなのに、布団がほんのりタバコのような匂いがする。
メトロの通過音が聞こえる。
主要駅の目の前だからか、騒音がはげしい。
コンパクトにキュッと詰まったアパートで
スーツケースを開けるところに悩むくらい、
キッチンも1人が使用してたら、他の人は何もできないレベルのきゅっと感。
