9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location is in the heart of St Germain des Pres. Ground floor access from the courtyard in a very safe and secure building. The contemporary renovation exceeded expectation, very comfortable bedrooms and excellent convertible sofa-bed. Excellent bathroom with laundry, shower with brilliant water pressure, kitchen facilities and modern touches. And Warren the host was incredibly attentive and a great communicator.
For a two bedroom (plus sofa-bed) in hindsight it would have been good to have more than one set of keys, but we didn't request it and we were fine without it. We intend to stay there again, as it was so good so we'll request that next time.

Great location and also quiet

Qualità dell’appartamento, posizione, facilità accesso, pulizia, arredo e accessori. Tutto come da descrizione e promesse.
Unico “incidente”: rumore fastidioso della caldaia riscaldamento acqua. Spero abbiano risolto per i prossimi viaggiatori. Ingresso con vista sui bidoni raccolta differenziata del palazzo. Non è colpa della struttura ovviamente. Tuttavia, considerato il costo non proprio “popolare”, è spiacevole.

Great location, clean, good air-conditioning, comfortable furniture, well equipped and designed with a nice functional kitchenette and comfortable Sofa.
It’s quite small but understandable as it is in a central location in Paris
