Sie liegt super zentral.😊
Als wir in die Wohnung kamen war es viel zu warm. Es gab keine Anleitung für die Klimaanlage. Eins von zwei Geräten war nicht funktionstüchtig und hat keine kalte Luft produziert. Das defekte Gerät hatte auch keinen Abluftschlauch wie das andere.
Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren nur bei geöffnetem Fenster, wenn man den Schlauch aus dem Fenster hängt. Man kann sie also nur dann anwenden, wenn man da ist. Man soll schließlich beim Verlassen der Wohnung die Fenster geschlossen halten.
An vielen Stellen zeigen die Einrichtungsgegenstände Gebrauchsspuren und sind abgestoßen, beschädigt oder nicht mehr vollständig.
Als besonders gravierenden Mangel haben wir außerdem empfunden, dass unsere frische Kleidung einen muffigen Geruch angenommen hat.
Der WLAN Code war falsch angegeben.
Die Fenster der Wohnung gehen nicht auf die Rue de Rivoli, sondern auf die Rue de la Coutellerie. Diese Straße ist sehr stark befahren und extrem laut.

Die Lage war Perfekt in Paris.
das war sehr kalt in der Wohnung und bis es warm geworden müssten wir schon abreisen.
Dusche verliert wasser und Kaffeemaschine auch.

A modest clean apt in a great location. Near a metro, new neighborhood for me. The beds were very comfortable. Good internet and were able to stream TV. Cute but tiny kitchen (no freezer or dishwasher or microwave). Washer was nice, but no dryer , so we hung our clothes. Hosts were responsive when we couldn't figure out the door system.
A few maintenance and repair issues , mostly in bathroom, leaky shower door, loose toilet seat, no hand soap, kitchen counter needs repair, and part of the kitchen floor needs a repair.
If you are short you wont be able to reach much in the kitchen.
most places could do a much better job providing charging stations for all the travel gadgets.
It was hard to open the door with the 9digit code, but eventually got it open. A few stairs, even though there is an elevator, in case that is important.
A notebook of instructions about the place could be useful.
That said, it was still a very comfortable place.
