Excellent location, safe, comfortable spacious apartment

Wonderful Parisian apartment

This apartment was very comfortable with loads of beds. One bedroom has an ensuite shower and the other bedrooms are all stand alone. Main bathroom was huge. Kitchen facilities were terrific - thank you for the extra coffee Maissa :). Lots of basic condiments in the drawers - sugar, sauces etc which was very helpful. Washing machine and dryer were very new and worked beautifully. Lounge room had very comfy sofas and large TV. Wifi worked great. The location was close to numerous metro stations, there's a Franprix a minute walk away and we had some lovely meals in Le Touring across the road. The surrounding shop keepers were all very patient with our non-existant French. The apartment building has a small lift - 2 adults only - but we didn't mind taking the stairs. Instructions for accessing the apartment were very clear. A few minor issues were dealt with quickly by Maissa who answered my queries immediately. Overall we loved this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay.

This is the best apartment I have stayed at during my travels (which are many). Maissa has her apartment furnished and decorated in a way that makes you feel right at home. It is comfortable and well stocked. We loved the large kitchen complete with a kitchen table. Actually the whole apartment is very large with plenty of space for us (4 adults and 2 children). It is very clean and a plus is that it has a washer and dryer. Getting the keys was easy. Maissa called and asked if everything was alright and to let us know we could call her anytime if we needed anything. This is a dream apartment and a wonderful host.

One word Wow! Everything about the apartment is wonderful, from the location, room sizes, cleanliness to the facilities. Maissa is fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. She made all the difference to our stay. We can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent location, very friendly host, comfortable rooms and good facilities.

Amazing location, very responsive and nice host, good size rooms and very clean. The host contacted us personally in time to explain everything and was very accommodating throughout. We were two families and all of us were very happy with the location and accommodation. Through one of the windows we could even see the Arc de Triomphe.

A minor issue, but when we asked about a corkscrew we were told that the owners did not drink and were told we could buy one. That seemed a bit inappropriate for French accommodation in Paris which was not cheap. We appreciate not everybody drinks, but would have expected that any hospitality facilities in France would include a corkscrew, at least when asked. Overall this is a minor thing and stood out in the otherwise flawless experience.

كل شيء بداية كن مواصفات البيت و موقعه و اطلالته و قربه من الشانزليزيه و تحته صيدلية و مقابله كافيه و بجواره بائعين فاكهة و كل شيء ، نظافة و ترتيب البيت ، ذوق و لطافة المضيفة مايسا ، المطبخ به كل ما يحتاجه الزائر من معدات و ادوات و غسالة و نشافة و ملح و سكر و شاي . الأكيد انه اكثر الاماكن تميزا زرته في حياته، و تسجيل خروج متأخر . و يوجد شطاف في كل حمام

Eine sehr großzügige Wohnung, top ausgestattet, sehr gut geeignet für große Gruppe direkt an der Metro-Linie 1 ermöglich

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen. Dafür ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet, die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr großzügig und komfortabel, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage an der Metro-Linie 1 ermöglicht ein schnelles Erreichen der schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

In der Unterkunft können maximal sogar 12 Personen übernachten. Deshalb wäre ein zusätzliches Bad perfekt.
