L'appartamento si trova in una residence dotato di portiere h24, con accesso alla struttura con pass che lo rende molto sicuro. Ben tenuto e ben arredato. Si trova in una buona posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dall'arco di trionfo, a 20 minuti dal Trocadero e a 5 minuti dalla metro. Quartiere silenzioso e residenziale. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cordiale.

Elegí esta propiedad solamente porque quería estar cerca para ver los fuegos de año nuevo. El departamento era amplio pero muy mal equipado. No tenía todos los platos. Algunos estaban cascados . No había suficientes cucharas. No dejaron bolsas para cambiar en la basura. Estuvimos 4 días. Muy poca iluminación. Tenía una mesa de comedor sin luz. Nunca me contestaron los mensajes durante la estadía.
No lo recomiendo.
