L’emplacement est super. A 15 min de la Tour Eiffel et 8 min du métro. Boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la climatisation durant cet été où il a fait très chaud. Literie très bien.
L’évacuation des eaux se fait par un système d’aspiration (quand le bac tampon est plein?) cela vide les siphons et une forte odeur d’égouts remonte dans l’appartement. Il faudrait le savoir à l’avance… Le seul volet électrique roulant de l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas et pas de rideau occultant. Porte chambre/séjour frotte au sol. Robinet SDB mal fixé.

Great location as a base, close to two metro stations and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower and beyond. Close to stores like Monoprix supermarket and local bakeries and cafes for provisions. The host was highly communicative and on our early arrival the cleaner helped us with our luggage and gave advice on accessing the apartment early. Overall we had a ball in Paris and the little accom related inconveniences (below) didn't affect our experience
The lift doesn't take you to level 1 for the apartment. Wouldn't have been a bother except for moving luggage. The front door code changed during our stay, but we were able to work it out with info from the host, so just a little hassle. Be ready with your phone's torch when leaving the apartment as the hallway sensor light takes a while to activate the lighting
