Summary:
The 72 sqm apartment is located a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, in the lively Dupleix district. The shops on rue de Lourmel and rue du Commerce are 2 minutes away, as well as the Dupleix (L6) and La Motte Picquet (L6 and L8) metro stations.
Located on the ground floor, in a former wine shop, the apartment is composed of a large kitchen open to the living room, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and three bedrooms. (2 double beds - 2 twin beds)
It is fully equipped and comfortable with storages.
The Space:
- Ground floor on quiet street
- Fully equipped and nicely decorated.
- Location No. 1
- Travel cot + mattress + fitted sheets: €20 for the entire duration of the stay.
Guest Access:
Travelers will have access to the entire accommodation.
The Neighborhood:
The 15th is an ideal district for a professional and family stay.
Neighborhood life is beyond measure with a multitude of typically Parisian cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks and green spaces.
In short, you will live an ideal local experience.
Cherry on the cake, we are located 10 min walking distance from the Eiffel Tower !

Very pleasant area to walk around.
In the immediate vicinity of several metro lines that take you directly to the 4 corners of the Capital:
Metro station Motte Picquet Grenelle (Line 6,8,10): Direct access to Saint-Germain, Charles de Gaulle Étoile, Trocadéro, Opera, Bastille...
RER C: Direct access to Palais des Congrès, Chateau de Versailles, Orly Airport...
Many buses pass in our street.
Parking nearby including - Zen Park - La Motte Picquet Grenelle Citadines - 132 Bd de Grenelle, 75015 Paris.

This was a perfect apartment for our stay! The location was great - ability to walk to restaurants store, the metro and of course the Eiffel Tower. The beds are comfortable with plenty of room. The only thing to note is the WiFi signal in the downstairs bedroom is very weak. The WiFi in the rest of the house was great. The host was excellent at communicating and all the instructions were clear and worked well. We had an excellent stay in Paris and having such a great place to stay was a huge part!

This is a lovely property in a prime location, just one block away from a main street with easy access to the metro, and just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed the flat and especially the 2 bathrooms as we are 4 senior gals. We each had our own bed, and the common area was a perfect space for the group to enjoy our morning coffee, and end of day review with a glass of wine! We felt completely safe here, inside the flat and out in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this lovely, clean, quiet and well appointed property, the host was responsive and we enjoyed our stay here! If I ever get the chance to return to Paris, I would absolutely book this property again.

The location of this accomodation was absolutely perfect. Close to everything we wanted to explore and close to public transportation.
