Super convenient. Close to everything. Shopping, museums, Eiffel Tower is walking distance. Beds are very comfortable.
The door in the lobby was broken for 2 of our 4 day stay. Because it was the weekend it didn’t get fixed right away and it was stressful. We got stuck outside during the heatwave and got help from a neighbor who was able to pry open the door for us. The host did not send anyone to help. This is the only exit - there is no access to the garage without a key. A huge fire hazard to have only 1 entrance that is electronic. On the day we checked in - a random person showed up to fill the silverware drawer. A very creepy experience as I arrived with my daughter and a man wanted to come inside. The chair from the photo is missing. As a family of 4 we used the dining table chairs to sit in the living room as only 2 people could sit comfortably on the sofa. There should be enough seating for the number of guests allowed. The AC worked well during the heat wave.

Nice modern apartment with a nice sized lift suitable for 4 people and luggage. Very clean and modern apartment with great sized rooms and decoration. A few tea bags, coffee capsules and sugar to get you started. Franprix grocery store located close by in addition to a Carrefour Market. Air conditioning for all rooms and a nice quiet street.
It was great however my suggestion would be to have more than 1 pillow per guest for the beds (2 at minimum per guest would be luxury) and to renew them often so they are fluffy and fit in with the high end appearance of the apartment. The beds are foam based mattresses and not pocket coil for other guests to be aware (we slept just fine on them). Lastly the windows of the apartment could use an outside clean and maintenance for when you want to crack open the large heavy windows. However this is really detailed constructive advice and I would not hesitate to book here and stay again in the future as it was very nice overall.
