About this apartment rental
The condo is located 250 meters away from Eiffel Tower and the luxury apartment is at the top floor of a very secure, sunny and quiet condo ( gates, residence concierges, control access, cameras, 2 lifts, 2 apartments per floor ...) at 200 meters from metro station (Bir Hakeim-Eiffel Tower line 6 direct to place Charles de Gaulle-Etoile, Trocadero, Gare Montparnasse...) or City train RER C station ( Champs de Mars, direct to Versailles, Invalides, Musée d' Orsay, Gare de Lyon...)
This 3 rooms ( 2 bedrooms ) apartment of 78 m2 ( 850 sq ft) with 2 closed terraces of 20m2 has been fully renovated in 2014 in upper class maner.
You will enjoy to stare at the Eiffel Tower lying on your confortable bed of the Master Room, very shinny at morning, you can have a very romantic dinner for 2 in the bedroom terrace. The view is incredible all on Paris and Monuments ( Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, Invalides, Tour St Jacques, Trocadero, Grand Palais, Tour Montparnasse, La defense...).
You access the condo directly in the lounge with open kitchen like a loft, and get from this big lounge a New York like view with a terrasse where you can eat ( 4 persons).
1 dinner room along the lounge with all amenities ( spices, toaster, nespresso machines with caps, oven, fridge and freezer..), extendable diner table for 8 persons.
One confortable convertible queen bed sofa is available in the 2nd bedroom with access to the 2nd balcony.
One bathroom with 2 sinks and Italian confortable shower. Heating racks for clothes. Towels, bath suits and linen provided.
All amenities : very high speed internet, TVs with french Hbo and internationals, HIFI and Blu ray, Portable HVAC system, remote control for metallic curtains..

The condo is in a wonderful area, there are several terrific restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries all within easy walking distance, and the building is very secure. Champs de Mars/Eiffel Tower - RER/Metro station is a short walk away as is Bir-Hakeem Metro. There are two lifts that take you to the unit on the 14th floor with plenty of room for luggage and people.
I would not recommend more than 2 people in the unit at the same time. The "second bedroom" is actually the owner's office space. Because it is the owner's personal living space and not a managed or non-occupied unit, it is cluttered with the owner's possessions.
There are also some inconsistencies between the listing and reality; most notably the absence of a claimed clothes dryer. There is also no way to accommodate 8 diners in the eating area despite claims in the listing.
