We can welcome up to 8 guests.
It is composed by 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, a large kitchen, and a bright living room opening onto a furnished splendid 60 sqm terrace, on a quiet street.
Nicely design, full of storage, it is the prefect place for both business and leisure trips.
The Space:
- Branded new apartment
- A bright living room opening onto a huge furnished terrace (60 sqm)
- Possibility to rent the apartment next door, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Therefore, a total of 12 people can be accommodated if you rent both apartments.
- Fully equipped
- 1st floor apartment with elevator
- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay.
Guest Access:
Entire home + private terrace until 22H00.
The Neighborhood:
The 15th is an ideal district for a professional and family stay.
Neighborhood life is beyond measure with a multitude of typically Parisian cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks and green spaces.
In short, you will live an ideal local experience.
Cherry on the cake, we are located 10 min walking distance from the Eiffel Tower !
Getting Around:
Very pleasant area to walk around.
In the immediate vicinity of several metro lines that take you directly to the 4 corners of the Capital:
Metro station Motte Picquet Grenelle (Line 6,8,10): Direct access to Saint-Germain, Charles de Gaulle Étoile, Trocadéro, Opera, Bastille...
RER C: Direct access to Palais des Congrès, Chateau de Versailles, Orly Airport...
Many buses pass in our street.
Parking nearby including - Zen Park - La Motte Picquet Grenelle Citadines - 132 Bd de Grenelle, 75015 Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our whole family—7 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 infants—and we never felt crowded. The location was also great, making it easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and busses. Grocery store right downstairs and wonderful bakery on the corner.

I was very disappointed in this property. While the apartment was clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and the location was great (close to the Eiffel Tower) the pictures on the website were totally inaccurate. The terrace which is specifically why we rented this apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The table was warped, weathered and unusable. The side chairs were falling apart and a glass table top was missing. The plants were dead (should have been removed) and there was litter out there. The blind in one of the 2 living room windows would not go up, making the living room dark and limited airflow in a heat wave. When my son sat on the bed one of the legs broke and you could tell it had been broken before. I messaged the host about these issues and my disappointment. A handyman came and fixed the bed, yet again and told me he had told them about the blind prior to our arrival. He put a board in the window to prop it up a bit to give us a little more light and air. We arrived on Monday and on Thursday they wanted to send someone to fix the blind. Since there is no safe in the apartment and we were leaving early Saturday morning we declined. Too little too late. I was so disappointed as I rented this apartment for the terrace and the light bright living room, neither of which I got. There was a hold placed on my credit card for damages, it should have been the other way around as I did not get what I paid for.
