Good location around neighbourhood.
Cleaning wasn’t thorough in the underground room. The fan was so dirty and ants all over the sitting room.

Appartement duplex rénové, propre, calme. Emplacement idéal : à 2 min des métros Dupleix/Bir Hakeim, 10 min de la Tour Eiffel. Boulangerie Panade, supermarché Carrefour Market et rues commerçantes à proximité. Restaurants excellents (Café Michel, Brasserie Moka). Marché alimentaire au bout de la rue les mercredis & dimanches. Lits confortables et douches chaudes. Hôte accueillant et serviable. À recommander pour familles ou groupes d’amis.

L'appartement est très bien placé (à proximité de deux stations de métro) dans un quartier résidentiel et vivant. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants dans le quartier. L'appartement, avec ses 2 salles de bains et ses toilettes séparées, était parfait pour notre famille (4 adultes et 2 enfants). Très bonne communication avec les hôtes.

Realising the first morning that we were next door to a shelter was a bit disconcerting as we were woken to a number men hanging out outside our front window waiting for the shelter to open
