The Eiffel Tower Artist Loft is a former artist’s studio/apartment offering eclectic living space steps from the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.
This property is set in a peaceful residential enclave, just minutes from other classic Parisian sights —the Seine river, the Invalides, and the Trocadéro. The Eiffel Tower Artist Loft is a bright and inviting two-bedroom duplex perfect for groups and families looking to experience the City of Light in style.
The open and high-ceilinged living area has large windows spanning the height of this two level apartment decorated with a mix of African, Asian, and European décor, in multi colours a large palette.
On the main floor, you can enjoy the bright living room with leather sofa and large dining table, or you can climb the spiral staircase and relax in the mezzanine level sitting area where there is also a separate office overlooking the living room. The mezzanine sofa can be converted into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. Back on the first level, the separate country style kitchen is a colourful, fully-equipped space.
On the second floor, you will find your master bedroom with queen bed, charming traditional furniture and bookshelves, and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed and its own en suite with combination bathtub and shower. On the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, you will find also find a convenient W.C.

We stayed at the apartment to attend the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. It was an ideal base for us to travel to various events in and around Paris, there were 2 Metro stations close by. We also found many good restaurants in the area.
Communication from our Vrbo host (Lory) prior to the visit was excellent providing good and timely advice on the best way to travel from the airport and railway stations. She ensured someone met us at the apartment to provide detailed information on the facilities.
Thank you for helping to make our trip to Paris so memorable.

Upon arrival in Paris, we reached out to the individual who is supposed to check us in and received no response. Unbeknownst to me while we were flying the property manager had sent us a new contact person via email. No harm no foul we were able to make the necessary arrangements for access to the rental.
When we went to shower after a long flight, the showerhead in the main bathroom was broke. We reached out to the property owner who immediately accused us of breaking it, claimed we were not gentle with her property, and insulted us by sending us a video of how to turn a shower on. They were unable to fix the shower for four days into our trip.
The apartment is indeed beautiful, spacious and in an excellent location. The furniture is not as pictured in the listing the couch is extremely worn, and the chair is torn and stained.
I was hesitant to book this property, because there are no reviews. I am assuming they are new renters and will make the necessary adjustments as it truly is a beautiful space.
