They charged my card too much and months in advance before they should do and still not refunded.

Should have got more than one key for so many people and we got there very late and it was a challenge to find the key at night .

Cold and disappointing

The location was decent to the Eiffel tower

There was no heat in the unit. A 3 bedroom and there was only 1 space heater pictured below. The host was slow to respond, told me there were 2 heaters in the unit and had no rapid resolution when I told him there was not. He told me he would talk to maintenance the next day. Our stay was for 1 night. I told him there were children in the unit and he didn’t care. Even if there were 2 space heaters that is not sufficient for the unit of that size. I paid good money and wasn’t even provided a heated unit or care from the host. If you don’t care about heat and compassion this is your host…who knows that the issue will be next time. Otherwise AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! He never responded about a partial refund or tried to rectify the situation.

The place is excellent. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a bidet hose, and the view of the river is beautiful. A very comfortable stay and highly recommended.

The door-opening process is complicated. It would be better if it were operated with a key or a card.

Great views and location.

Perfect location and great for a large family like ours who were visiting Paris. They also provided an air conditioner although was not listed which was great given the heat.

There was only 1 toilet which made it tricky for a party of 8 to manage but for 1 night it was ok

Beautiful stay in Paris-definitely book it!

The view from the flat was amazing! It’s located on the 11th floor and you see River Seine from all rooms. About 10 mins from Eiffel Tower, nice walk with tent shops. Bir Hakeim is the local station, located in-between the accommodation and Eiffel Tower. Big room and massive beds. Lots of storage space. Kitchen and living room together, lovely sunlight. In the evening you can see the sunset. Lots of towels were given but not replaced each day-as it’s not a hotel.

The WiFi password was wrong in the introduction video, took too long to set it up. although the correct one was sent to us after letting them know. There is a bidet in the toilet but it wasn’t working. In the kitchen there was just one towel-need to bring/buy your own kitchen towels-need to remember it’s not a hotel!

Cumplió con lo ofrecido en la plataforma. 3 habitaciones, sala de estar muy amplio. Con el detalle del café y te gratis. La cocina con aceite y azúcar para utilizar. Lavadora muy útil. La ropa de cama muy suave y limpia. El edificio en excelente condiciones. Lo volvería a rentar.

Localização próxima a torre Elffel. Vista para o rio Sena. Bom chuveiro.

Demora nas respostas via whatsapp, o que dificultou imensamente nosso planejamento. Somente no dia recebemos a mens das instruções para pegar a chave do prédio, que fica num cofre no banco de uma praça próxima ao prédio. A porta do ap só abre com um app que vc só toma ciência pela mesma mens. Nenhuma maleabilidade para deixar malas, ou nos horários de check in e check out, que são os piores possíveis. Além da parte burocratica para acesso, demora nas respostas, e horários inflexíveis, o apartamento está muito depredado, velho. O anúncio dizia que são 3 quartos e 2 banheiros, mas na verdade é um banheiro (um vaso e um chuveiro separados por parede), o que para nós tb foi péssimo pois estávamos em 7, e escolhemos o ap pq no anuncio eram 2. Um dos quartos estava com problemas na vedação da janela, e ficava fazendo um barulho insuportável a noite toda. Não havia nenhuma garrafa de água para beber. Camas moles.

Serviette de toilette qui sentent l’humidité 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 7 personnes Peinture qui s’effrite dans la salle de bain Grille de chauffage cassées Bloc Clim portative énorme dans plein cœur du salon 1 seule lampe de chevet dans les chambres 1 seul minuscule cabinet de toilette avec évier et tuyauterie apparente Propreté médiocre Barres de Tringles dans le placard 3 ceintures par chambres Aucun torchon, ni sopalin Isolation à refaire : lorsqu’il y a du vent sifflement à travers les vitres 1 seul badge d’entrée pour 7 voyageurs Pas de gel douche dans distributeur Comptoir bar dans cuisine avec 2 chaises ??? (Il existe des tabourets de bar) Certaines fenêtres très difficiles à ouvrir Boîte à clés accrochée sous un banc public???? Pas adapté à des personnes d’un certain âge + application pour ouvrir la porte ( attention aux personnes qui ne maîtrisent que très moyennement internet)

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem großartigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Tolle Lage - sehr zentral in der Stadt und in fußläufiger Nähe des Eiffelturms. Supermärkte, Cafés und ein Einkaufszentrum sind auch in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet 3 Doppelzimmer und zwei große Schlafcouchen im Wohnzimmer. Schön war auch, dass es sogar einen Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler, sowie eine Waschmaschine gab. Die Wohnung liegt im 11. Stock eines Hochhauses und bietet daher vor allem Nachts eine grandiose Aussicht!

Es war leider sehr unpraktisch, dass die Wohnungstüre nur mit einem einzigen Handy aufgesperrt werden konnte. Hier könnte es große Probleme geben, wenn man sein Handy verliert.. denn dann ist die Türe zu und man kann den Vermieter auch nicht erreichen. Es wäre besser, wenn man den Code auf mehr Handys installieren könnte. Unten an der Haustüre muss ein Transponder genutzt werden, um diese zu öffnen. Da wären auch mindestens 2 Stück besser, damit man sich bei einer größeren Gruppe auch mal aufteilen kann. Auch sollte das Check-In Verfahren besser im Voraus beschrieben werden. Einige ältere Personen aus meiner Reisegruppe wären hiermit überhaupt nicht klar gekommen .. daher sollte das im Voraus kommuniziert werden, um kurzfristige Stornierungen oder Unzufriedenheit/Stress beim Check-In zu vermeiden. Den ausgeschriebenen Whirlpool haben wir jetzt auch nicht direkt gefunden. In der Wohnung gab es auch keinen Hinweis, wo sich dieser befinden könnte. Manche Handtücher haben leider ein bisschen muffig gerochen, als hätte man sie nach dem Waschen zu lange in der Waschmaschine liegen gelassen.

El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio, bien ubicado, con una vista increíble del río Sena, cerca a la Torre Eiffel y a estaciones de tren y metro, muy cómodo.

Las toallas estaban limpias, pero no tenían buen olor, escaso el gel para baño, poco papel higiénico y no había un gramo de sal o azúcar ni para una emergencia.

El alojamiento aparece como si tuviera dos baños; sin embargo, si bien es cierto, están los 2 espacios, solo uno está equipado con inodoro y el otro solo con ducha y lavatorio, y al ser un grupo de 6 personas, fue un poco incómodo. Lo demás todo bien ☺️
