We recomend. Every thing was perfect.

The room is located near to metro Convention (5 min walking) and bakery (Merci Jerome) and a small market (Carrefour City). Every thing was near. Very practical and fast.

As many comment described, there was no windows to allow ventilation, but there are air conditioning machine to fix this issue. In general this was the main issue that concerned us. But as we use the room to stay at night there was not a big issue.

We would definitely stay there again.

The house is in an excellent location, very nice neighborhood. Getting into the building is easy. The apartment was very clean, comfortable bed, great shower. Metro and several buslines just minutes away. Anthony is a great host, responsive, friendly. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby. We especially liked Les Peres Siffleurs next to the church.

Apartment in a great location with a great host.

Location is exceptional. Close to metro/bus station and grocery stores. We can get everything easily. The host was very nice. He handled issues quickly.

The apartment is next to a school. It can be noisy during the day. However, as we usually go out during the day, it doesn’t bother us that much. The living room can be noisy at night as you can hear noise from neighbors.

Great little Studio with a fantastic host.

Everything went smooth, great communication. The room was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was very safe. Anthony was a great host, absolutely lovely and I would stay there again anytime.

Soundproofing around the door would be great.

The coolest place to stay in Paris.

This property was exactly as shown in the picture. It was modern, chic, clean and comfortable. Anthony, the host is spectacular. He is so responsive. He reaches out via Booking.com, email, WhatsApp and or/ text if needed to make sure you have a smooth check in/out and that you have a comfortable stay. We have a very comfy bed at home and for the first time on travel, I found a bed that rivaled my own for a great night sleep. The pull out sofa bed was also crazy comfy. It was really hard to get my teens out of bed. :-) I laid in the pull out bed with them a couple of times to watch TV and could have stayed there all night. So comfy. Oh, the shower was top tier. The water pressure was perfect and the rain shower nozzle was a treat. The flat simply had literally everything you need for a home away from home feel. Smart TV, Spices in the kitchen, dishes, laundry detergent and drying rack and toiletries in the bathroom. We cooked delicious meals and ate together at a nice big table. The building is very quiet and in a perfect location. Just a quick jaunt down the road is a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. So many supermarkets nearby from Aldi to Carrefour. My favorite was the Carrefour City just a 2 min walk away. It has literally everything you need. But if not, the Pharmacy is 2 mins the other way. Again, the location couldn’t be more perfect. There was plenty of shopping, a cinema and delicious Boulangeries just around the corner. For those Starbucks fans, there is one a 4 min walk away. We had so many different modes of transportation just a 5 mim walk away. We used public transport exclusively and it was so easy. The neighborhood was safe and easily walkable.

Anthony was a great host.All information was provided during the stay, washing machine, air conditioning and oven were easy to use, and any questions Anthony had were answered immediately.Convenient transportation, nearby bus and metro are very convenient, good security.There are a lot of supermarkets nearby, don't worry about not being able to buy anything, this place will make your trip to Paris more perfect!

Lovely accommodation in a lovely neighborhood!

The host stopped by the first day to greet us and make sure we had all we needed. He was super friendly and geniunely cared. We asked for some additional supplies over the course of the stay, which is helped out with even though it was not really required. He provided a helpful list of places nearby for things like food, groceries, etc. There was actually AC in the living room and bedroom, which is not common in many apartments in France from what I understand. This was key considering the heat wave that was happening when we were visiting! The place was comfortable and affordable and the surrounding area was lovely with easy access to transport to tourist locations. It was a perfect home to come back to after a long day of siteseeing.

Honestly, there was not really much that I would want to be different. The space was a little tight, but I really don't think I had expected more based on what I have heard about apartments in general about the area.

Just a suggestion: I think maybe a manual with instructions on certain things like: (!) How to turn the stove on(3) how to turn the heating rack in the bathroom and (3) how to turn the TV from. French to English.

Close to Metro and nice amenities but very small.

Washing machine and drying rack to wash and dry clothes. Netlfix for entertainment when in the room. Close to two metro stations (Convention and Vaugirard both on line 12). Near a good Lebanese restaurant.

Bathroom is very small and the room is quite small too. When using the drying rack, there is literally no space to move between the bed and bathroom. Hard to enter showerbooth without either rubbing your body on showerbooth door (when pushing) or banging the glass showerbooth door on the sink (when pulling). Have to open bathroom door to and then pull open showerbooth door to enter showerbooth easily.

Excellent location and great host

Excellent location, quiet, close to public transportation, stores, super markets etc. Our host, Anthony, was great and very attentive - even brought us champagne and chocolates to see in the new year.

Sofa in living room needs to be replaced. It is not suitable to even sit on comfortably. The stairs leading up to the apartment are steep and it is very difficult to carry heavy suitcases upstairs. The carpet at the bottom of the stairs is in serious need of renewal - it gives a poor first impression of the apartment, which then turns out to be quite nice.

The sofa creaks, it is so laid out. It is impossible to sleep. If you plan to use the sofa, I do not recommend taking this apartment :(

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Anthony was the perfect host and came by to ensure we had every thing we needed.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered all the amenities for our stay. It was also on the first floor so we didn’t have to lug our suitcases up the stairs. The location was around the corner from our daughter and grandchildren so it was perfect. We will stay there again if the apartment is available.

The lights are on a timer in the hall. They are not set long enough to open the lockbox key.

Neat & Tidy unit located close to public transport & grocery shops.

The unit was located close to public transport & ATM's. Aldi & Carrefour were also nearby which helped us get our grocery shopping done easily. The building itself is very old but the unit has been tastefully renovated & has all the facilities you would need.

Being an old building in Europe the property did not have a lift - luckily we were on the 1st floor which made navigating the steep stairs less of a challenge than those further up. The property did not have an information sheet on the room's facilities, so it took a phone call to obtain the WIFI information & TV operating instructions. We also arrived in Paris quite early in the morning & it would have been nice to able to drop off our bags at the property instead of putting them in a paid storage facility.
