Location is PERFECT, while there's a busy cafe right at the entrance of it it's not really loud inside the apartment so we slept with open windows for fresh air. You also have Jardin d'Acclimatation 2 blocks away which is a perfect place for kids whole day (honestly better than Disneyland imo). The apartment has no air conditioner but it has fans and even in such hot summer I got cold during the night :). The street is beautiful and is cozy and neat right next to a major Paris lifeline with metro. buses and bike lanes. All of this right outside Paris. It takes 6-7 minutes to get to shopping malls on either side of the yellow metro line but you can walk if 20 minute walk doesn't scare you (we easily got our daily 12k steps). Close RER access made it super simple to get to all the major landmarks (15-20 minutes) and Disneyland (1hr travel time). There's no parking, but you'd be crazy to use one in Paris :)

The water boiler tank pipe makes VERY loud noise when it warms up, this is a must to address as it works at night as well and it was very very loud. The WIFI password got reset by someone and we couldn't even use it, the other wifi provided speed was horrific. The apartment lacks a simple guide on where is what and how to use the hob, we had to figure it all out. Also there were not enough big garbage bags.

Tout est parfait. Très satisfaite du séjour et du service je recommande fortement.
