Short and Sweet

We had a lovely stay in Paris. The property was two-story, the bedroom below was dark and quiet, away from the street noise, which was great for getting a good night's sleep. The bathroom was large and spacious, and there was also a shower upstairs. We were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the space. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. There’s no shortage of great restaurants nearby; whether you're in the mood for a casual bite or fine dining, you’ll find plenty of fantastic options within walking distance. Plus, we found charming cafes, local shops, and beautiful walking paths that added even more charm to the area. The sofa was an easy set-up for our 11-year-old daughter.

My only suggestion would be to reconsider the layout of the dining area. The small table with two chairs was quite close to the kitchenette, and the washing machine was housed within the kitchen cabinetry. Relocating the washer to the spacious bathroom downstairs could be beneficial.

Extremely late check-in time with no Lobby option, misleading checkin info, TV not working

New appliances, clean, the kitchen facilities are helpful and sufficient to cook easy meals. location close to metro station.

Very disappointing that Check-in time is at 4pm, which is extremely late compared to most places. On top of that, they told us to collect the key at the lobby, but failed to mention that the “lobby” is actually 5 km away from the property — they completely failed to mention the distance. Once we finally got into the room, the TV didn’t work at all, despite trying every possible reset/reboot method, it's poorly managed. This location is also right next to a school and it's extremely noisy in the morning/during the day on weekdays.

It was nice but for the price it could be nicer.

It was a nice size. The amenities were great.

The big window needs to be able to stay open, be cleaned and it needs a curtain to be able to sleep on the sofa bed. We didn’t have enough pillows or towels originally. It also needed trash bags for a week for four people. The air conditioner was really loud in the bedroom.

Many issues with the apartment

Nice location close to two metro stops. Many restaurants nearby. The apartment looks modern inside.

The shower drain was clogged when we arrived, making it unusable the first night. We rarely had hot water. Two nights we all had to take cold showers. The TVs didn't work the first couple of days. The unit is advertised as having a washer/dryer combo, which we were relying on to wash some clothes, but the unit never dried any of the clothes; they were always damp. My partner has several items of clothes shrink, and one of my shorts came out smelling very odd. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Location is great, 17eme is the best to stay imho. This hotel room is quite spacious for Paris. A family of 3 will feel it better here than in any hotel (for this money).

Toilet flush doesn’t function properly; trash can on the ground floor not taken care of for days; very dirty windows; no accessories for the dishwasher or kitchen.

Room offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in details were clear and staff helpful.

We were in apartment VIII which is the top level of the building, which was fine as the apartment was lovely. Just be mindful there are very steep and narrow stairs to enter the apartment which may be difficult for some people to navigate

mala organización.

la ubicacion.

sicneramente todo lo previo a la estadiua fue un tremendo lio, te hablan por dos lugares, te confirman una cosa y a los dos dias te dicen otra. desorganizacion total entre ellos mismos ( admisnitradores). si bien te aatienden el telefono es muy dificil la parte adminsitrativa previa a la estadia. No fue facil y eso que soy una persona que viaja y se manejarme, pero no es para cualquiera ya que se quedarian sin alojamiento.

J'ai tout simplement aimé l'emplacement.

J'ai pas apprécié l'appartement très étroit avec bcp des meubles, un appartement situé à la porte d'entrée à côté de la grande avenue qui vous expose aux bruits de vas et vient de l'accès au bâtiment et les bruits de l'avenue et aussi un appartement mal éclairé.

Excelente localização, apto super amplo com dois banheiros. Raridade para locação. Muitos restaurantes, metro e ônibus a menos de 100m do apartamento. Opção de estacionamento público bem próximo também. Recomento para famílias com filhos ou casais.

Gostei de praticamente tudo. Penso que o aquecimento poderia ser um pouco melhor, em razão da amplitude do apartamento sentimos um pouco de frio mesmo com o aquecimento ligado.

Bel appartement, bien équipé et fonctionnel

La localisation de l'appartement dans un beau quartier. La propreté du logement, ses équipements de qualité, la salle d'eau très spacieuse. La climatisation fonctionnelle.

Le système de remise des clés, 1/4 d'heure avant 16H00. Nous sommes allés prendre un verre dans un bar en attendant de recevoir les codes numériques.

Ambiente pulito, fornito di una serie di utenze e di prodotti di qualità per avere un buon soggiorno.

La stanza é molto molto piccola, ma dotata di tutte le utenze necessarie. Quando si apre il divano-letto non vi è più spazio per passare e andare in bagno. Inoltre il divano-letto è scomodo, come se ci fosse un buco al centro. È inutile avere tante utenze (stendino per i panni, asse da stiro ecc se poi non vi é lo spazio per utilizzarlo). Inoltre al mattino si sentono molti rumori perche la stanza è al piano terra.

ho soggiornato 6 notti nell' appartamento I. La casa e la biancheria erano pulite. Arredata in modo molto carino. La cucina ben fornita e arredata e tutto perfettamente funzionante. Molto comodo avere 2 bagni. Host gentile e presente ad ogni richiesta. La consiglio.

La casa si trovava a piano terra con finestre sulla strada che non era possibile tenere aperte se non per pochi minuti. La camera da letto invece si trova nel seminterrato totalmente senza aperture ma tutto ciò non era specificato in descrizione.
