Bluestay 287 - Superbe appartement à Paris 17

It was a very clean and nice big apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. It was one of our best apartments we stayed in during our tour of Europe. There are restaurants nearby and the Metro is a very short walk away. Communication with the owner was good and he responded quickly via whatsapp.

Very spacious, brightly-lit property in a convenient, quiet neighborhood with good local food options and access to Metro, RER, parks. Air conditioning and hot water both excellent. Easy to follow instructions to access the property.

The kitchen could have been better equipped (e.g. with a cutting board). The bathroom, although spacious, had a lot of peeling paint (would benefit from a stronger fan). The coffee table had come unscrewed and was a bit wobbly. Also, as the main bedroom faces onto a street at raised ground floor level, it would have been great to have a privacy curtain or privacy film on the windows so we didn't have to choose between black out curtain or full exposure to passers-by. I think with a few improvements this could be greatly improved.

The was no ironing board and the iron was dirty and needed to be cleaned as it left marks on our clothes

Room is nice and big enough for 3 adults and 3 children

We had to wait until 16.00 which is so late for check in. The room was is a huge mess and dirty. We had to message, call and wait until 4.15 to get an answer then 4 scary foreign cleaners came to clean everything. We could only settle at 5.30 with 3 small kids waiting outside. They didn't provide soap Only 1 bin bag 1 dishwasher soap and 3 coffees but they knew we booked 5 nights in a row. As we had to waste 1.30 to check in we asked a late check out at 12 instead of 11 but it was refused and the lady came knocking at 11. They never said sorry for anything. Visibly don't care about what customers will review.
