I created a rating scale with 10 categories so I could fairly rate all the airbnb's/booking.com properties we will be staying at during our years travel. We stayed at this property 9 nights. Pet friendly for our small dog!! This property scored 93%. I would recommend overall. We liked the location and walkability. Grocery store just a block away. Public transit all within a block. Beds were comfortable, showers nice. Apartment was easy to get in and out of with code. Nice wine/champagne glasses. Nespresso machine very nice. Lovely windows that opened to the outside for fresh air. It also has an outside seating area but we did not use.

Dishwasher door only opened 3/4 of the way making it difficult to load and unload. No hot pads to assist with cooking. Only one tea towel, no salt/pepper, dish soap. The window coverings need help. If you are using the sleeper sofa in the living room, note that the shades only go down 80% of the way- making it impossible to obtain complete darkness. The bedroom shades had 4" gaps at the side that allowed the neighbors to see in. These were all tolerable, but the reason I was not able to rate the apartment with a perfect score. Overall, the good far outweighed the bad and I would book this property again.
