La struttura si trova vicino alla stazione di La Spezia ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Check in semplice e veloce. Struttura molto ben pulita ed in ordine con letti accoglienti. Ho apprezzato molto che le camere venissero pulite giornalmente. Ci tornerò sicuramente e raccomando la struttura! Ringrazio tanto la proprietaria per la bellissima accoglienza!
Unica pecca è la difficolta nel trovare il parcheggio ma nel periodo di Pasqua credo sia normale.

Accueil fantastique et disponibilité exemplaire de la propriétaire. Situation idéale à quelques minutes de la gare centrale.
Literie insuffisamment ferme. Réfrigérateur bruyant dans la chambre. Voyant clignotant sur le split de la climatisation très gênant la nuit. Absence de machine à café.
